 29 Nov 2023, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily Task Cuzco - Lima Breakfast at the hotel. At the indicated time, transfer to the airport for a flight to Lima. Arrive, transfer to the hotel and overnight stay in Lima. Debbie and I had prayer together, got ready, and went down to breakfast at the Agusto's Hotel.   Breakfast is included with our room.  We took a cab up to the Art Museum and Debbie got another hat band and a cup from Peru.  We walked back to our hotel stopping at the local market and took some pictures.  We got a couple of glasses of fruit juice made from local plants and fruit.  We photographed a young Peruvian girl selling pickley fruit (Tuna fruit) from cactus.  We got back to the hotel and caught our shuttle at about 2:15 p.m. to the Cuzco Airport and caught our flight on Jet Smart to Lima.  Our guide was waiting for us at the airport after we got our luggage.  We were the last of 3 stops dropping people off at different hotels.  Debbie and I had a sandwich on the airpl

Today, set off on a fascinating half-day tour of Cuzco. Begin in the iconic  Plaza de Armas, and visit the Cathedral. From here, walk to the Koricancha Temple, an impressive  ancient Inca palace, in honor of the Sun God. Today, a Dominican church stands on the site. Finally,  visit the lively San Blas neighborhood, known for its artists, shops, and artisan workshops. Spend the  remainder of the day at your leisure, soaking up the atmosphere of the city and sampling the local  cuisine.  26 Nov 2023, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task The Knutsons in charge of church services at Abbington Memory Center Sacred Valley - In and out of Machu Picchu we rode along, I think, is the Rio Pacaymaro River that flows into the Urubamba River and into the Amazon River and into the Atlantic Ocean.  Breakfast at the hotel. Today, an exciting day awaits you in Machu Picchu, one of the 7 wonders of  the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Transfer to the village of Ollantaytambo to travel by  train to Aguas Calientes* (Machu Picchu village) and enjoy the beautiful green mountain scenery  along the way. Once there, transfer by bus to the ancient Inca city of the Citadel for approximately a 2:30h visit  which may take place in the morning or afternoon depending on availability. Enjoy the spectacular  views of this Peruvian treasure built in the 15th century at an altitude of more than 2000 meters.
