Fill SUV with gas and pick Ethan up at 5:30 PM at a friends

Take Ethan to volley ball practice at 7:30 PM and pick him up at. 9:30 

Brett picked Owen up from football practice after getting off from work at the nursing home and then had to go to Medsto to work on Hospice company he is starting 

9:30 PM talked to Matthew and Melodie about our meeting and follow up assignments.  He and Michael are finding an appraiser for the two nursing homes and the 38+ acres in Cleveland, GA.

My assignment is to get a copy of the latest deed for the 38+ acres

I was up at 6:10 AM, had prayer, showered, and shaved, Ethan was up ready and Brett took him to early morning seminary at 7 AM.  I called and talked to Debbie, we had prayer, Brett got home, and he and Rae Lynn took all the boys to school except Luke.  I had scripture study with him before he caught the bus to school at 7:15 AM.  I did some pushups and a little exercising in the house this morning.  It is raining outside.  I called and talked to Beth a few minutes; she is substitute teaching today.  At 11:30 AM here in California I got on the Zoom meeting Matthew had set up.  Shannon was familiar with Zoom and she and Michael were on.  Jimmy got on but it took him some time to get his sound working.  Holly Abercrombie got on but her brother Rick was not able to get on.  He called Shannon and she let him listen and talk on his phone.  Jimmy was supposed to be in charge; Matthew helped him with an agenda and Jimmy gave a report on the finances of A&M.  We have $138,900 in a money market account and between $38,000 and $48,000 in a checking account each month. Jimmy is paid for managing A&M through Jimco Services which is paid $190 a quarter, 3 months, for managing A&M and the land for Janie, Nancy and me. Jimmy told us that Andy Morris arranged with the compy that sent the letter of intent to purchase to do a tax-free exchange with included financing for Reliable Health Care, Andy's old company he has set up in an ESOP, Employee Stock Option Plan.  I learned that Nancy Abercrombie's family is much the same as Nancy is with Janie; what Jimmy "James E. Morris" says is OK with them.  Everyone agreed to end A&M Investments; get appraisals on Gateway and Floyd Chulio Hill Nursing Homes and an appraisal on the 38+ acres on the land in Cleveland, Georgia.  Matthew and Michael will get appraisals and A&M will pay for them.                                 I filled the SUV with gas and picked Ethan up at 5:30 PM at a friend's home
