12:30 PM - listen to a presentation for an hour and half that ran into 7 hours at Moon Palace Resort 

Debbie and I slept in, had prayer and at noon rode over in a cab to the Moon Place to listen to a presentation.  We both had decided we would not purchase any time-share.  We were introduced to Abraham Noriega. a young salesman.  We learned that he was not selling a timeshare but something entirely different with no annual fees, taxes, or anything else to pay.  I told him no and he brought in Abril "April" his manager.  She was very nice and we told her no but she still wanted us to meet her boss, Ivan Argence Arceo who had just returned from Europe where the company had purchased a chain or luxury hotels in Venice, Rome, Maldives, etc.  He is very close to the owner's son.  After about 6 hours I needed to go to the restroom and saw Abril "April" and joking, I asked her what part of "No does Ivan not understand".  When I returned to the room where Ivan and Debbie had been talking, Debbie had decided to buy the program for her children and grandchildren.  Ivan had showed her how it was less expensive owning the all-inclusive program with Palace Resorts than purchasing as she and the children would be traveling whether she bought or did not buy.  I had told Debbie before leaving the Sun Palace that she did not need to bring her purse only her passport.  We are not buying anything.  I had to use 3 credit cards, Citi Visa, Capital One Visa, and American Express to charge the $65,000 down payment she needed to make.   The total cost is $325,900.  It is paid with a $109,811 down payment, $65,000 paid today with the balance paid in 6 months of $7,585 each month; and the remaining paid each month for 64 months with $216,089 ($3,376.39 each month). It will be paid in full at the end of December 2028.  The hour and half presentation took about 7 hours.  Afterward, we went to the French restaurant that serves lamb chops.  We had a 6 or 7-course meal.  The chef, Francisco, came by our table and we took a picture.  We took a taxi back to the Sun Palace.  Had prayer and went to bed.
