9:30 AM - walk around the falls and Snake River in Idaho Falls and see Visitor's Center at the Temple

Costco Pharmacy and pick up Debbie's medicine for her cough 

On the Juel of the Sea, make a deposit with the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line for the British Isle Crusie from June 11 to June 23, 2024.

4:00 PM - Pocatello Temple Appointment (Proxy Sealing) with Debbie's aunt, Anita Schrade 

6:00 PM - Dinner at Texas Road House

Debbie and I had prayer, got dressed, and took Mirko and Ljubica to Idaho Falls.  We walked around the waterfall on both sides of the river and visited the farmer's market.  We all got Acai Bowls with fruit, nuts, and seeds for breakfast.  I took pictures of the island in the middle of the Snake River.  At one time it belonged to the Keefer Family and was named for Fred W. Keffer.  He built a 14 X 22-foot one-room cabin on the Island.  His family was from Pennsville Pa. and settled in Eagle Rock which is now Idaho Falls.  In the summer of 1969, I met a member of the Keefer family that had lived in the cabin.  The story is in my personal history, “My First 37 Years on Earth” in Part V, under Missionary Service and the section "A District Leader".   I tell how Elder Moon and I were using a tracking approach, A. Theodore Tuttle, a Seventy and General Authority of the Church had taught us. We had a tour of the Idaho Falls Visitor’s Center.  On the way home we stopped at Costco Pharmacy and Debbie picked up her prescription for her cough.  She feels bad about being in and eating with us and others epically in public places.  I filled the Subaru with gas and we went back to Karlene and Joe L’s.  We drove to the Pocatello Temple and met Anita Schrade, Debbie’s mother’s half-sister. We did sealings.  Anita has a friend in Hospice who is not expected to live much longer.  She gave Anita some of her family’s names.  She asked Anita if she could help her get the work done for them so that when she meets them on the other side they will not be disappointed in her and she will feel good about what she has done to help them.  We also did some work for Mirko and Ljubica’s family as well as ours.  Anita is 87 years old and uses a seated walker.  She fell while we were in the sealing room.  Her seated walker slid out from under her.  We helped her up.  She was not hurt.  Debbie rode with her and we met them at The Texas Road House.  We had a very good visit with her and Mirko and Ljubica.  We got back home to Karlene and Joe L’s.  Mirko and Ljubica went to bed.  Debbie worked downstairs helping Karlene and washing clothes.  When she finished we had pray together and got to bed at about 12:30 AM.
