Up early, personal prayer, dressed, and had prayer with Debbie before taking garbage to street to be pickup this morning.  Debbie went and mailed a package to Jody in Twin Falls; she came home and took me to my doctor's appointment at 9:45 AM.  She dropped me off at 9:30 AM and then went to the Stretch Lab at 10 AM.  I saw Brad Gale, P.A. and reviewed over the Inside Tracker Quest Blood Lab work done earlier this month.  He ordered more blood work to confirm and check my thyroid since I have been off any thyroid medicine for 4 months.  I reviewed the Time Magazine, Jan 12, 2023 by Alice Park about David Sinclair's Havard Ph. D. research paper on aging.  The main medication used is the antibiotic, Doxycycline.  As an example, it is injected directly into the eye of an animal and the stemcells are rebooted as a computer would be rebooted when a program gets corrupted.  Brad had not read about it but knew of Shinya Yamanaka's research of a set of 4 genes that can turn back the clock of an adult to an embryonic stem cell for which we won the Nobel science prize in 2006.  I do not know all the Lord has in store for his children but I know things have been exceptionally well for me.  Debbie picked me up after the lab worker at the office drew blood.  We drove to Prove University and Center Street to the Black Sheep restaurant.  We met Michael and Alex and continued to celebrate my birthday.  After lunch,  Alex had to get back to class at BYU.  Michael is bringing the Land Rover back and I will be taking him to the SLC Airport in the morning.  Debbie and I went to The Spa Lounge in American Fork/Plesant Grove for a massage this evening.  Debbie has a membership and bought an hour of deep tissue massage.  I really enjoyed it but it helped Debbie more than it did me with the knots and tightness in her legs and back.  When we got home all we wanted to do was go to bed.  We had prayer and I reads some before going to sleeep.

 25 Feb 2023, Saturday Priorit ized Daily Task Shelby Traveller's 19th birthday Debbie and I had prayer together before she left with the girls to a fitness exercise high peak class at Jazzworks, one of the 19 things Jodi has planned for Shelby's 19th birthday today.  Afterward, they got Shelby's car washed and brought breakfast home.  Debbie brought me a dairy-free fruit smoothie, and I had some oatmeal.  I did not eat any of the french toast they brought back for breakfast.  Later they all went to get a pedicure.  I listened to Jared Halverson's podcast Come Follow Me on some of the miracles of Christ.  I also read some before calling Charlie Hibbert and Ora, my sister.  I tried to call Dan Lester in Cedartown but no answer.  I went for a walk along the canyon wall before Jodi, Debbie, and the children got home.  Cache and Cooper got back from snowmobiling.  Debbie and Jodi prepared lunch.  After lunch we rode around Twi...

 21 Jul 2023, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task Legacy Center black and brown shoe polish Neosporin and toothpaste for Mirko and Ljubica Hair cut 10:00 AM - Ljubica's hair appointment 12:00 Noon - Facetime Elder Gourley 4:00 PM - Debbie's appointment with Brad Gale, PA about her consistent cough Debbie and I slept in; Debbie's cough is getting worse, we had prayer together, and I studied scripture while she got ready to take Ljubica to get her hair cut and drop off a black suit at the dry cleaners near the hair salon she goes to.  I received a nice reply from Mr. Fisher this morning from the email I sent him last night.  I received a notice from Liberty Mutual wanting me to pay the premium due on the Subaru auto insurance policy.  I called them and learned they had no notice we had taken out insurance with Progressive Insurance on our homeowners and auto.  I canceled and they are sending us a refund of $118 on the auto and $1,759 on our homeowners.  ...
