To get the most health benefits of NMN and TRU you want to be sure to take it on an empty stomach in the mornings
Metformin - take after the evening meal and avoid white bread, white rice, white pasta, candy, soda, desserts, and snacks like chips or crackers. Eating foods that can spike your blood sugar will not necessarily make the metformin not work, however, it will increase the burden it has to work against
Vitamins, Supplements, etc. I take
In the Morning meal – NMN 1,000; TRU 300 mg; B-12 1,00mcg; K-2 150 mcg; ALA 600 mg: Folic Acid 800 mcg
At Noon – Fish Oil 1,200 mg with Omega-3360 mg, D-3 5,000 iu; C 1,000 mg; Magnesium 500 mg; Co Q10 100 mg; Artichoke 800 mg, Resveratrol
And at Evening meal – Turmeric Curcumin Complex 1,500 mg; Metformin1,00 mg

I aged several months from the blood test in Oct to the blood test in Jan. I have plaque buildup in the arteries and need more calcium in the blood.
Any suggestions Debbie and I were up early and had prayer. It snowed last night and this morning. I used the gas snow plow until it ran out of gas, I shoveled and salted the drive and space around our neighbor's car. I showered and got ready to attend the temple this morning. Debbie cooked oatmeal for breakfast. We drove to the Mt. Timpanogos Temple at 10:00 AM and went on a full 10:30 AM endowment session and afterward a one-hour sealing session. Matthew called while I was in the temple. I called him back when Debbie and I got in the car. He was having lunch with Madeline. He takes each of the girls once a month for a daddy-daughter lunch. The Goldman Sachs test deposit went through but Debbie got a call from Goldman Sachs, The $65,000 deposit was not sent because Debbie is not on the Regions Bank account where she was transferring the money for the Palace Resort deposit. She will start over and have it sent to a Wells Fargo account that we both are on. Then I can transfer it to Regions Bank to pay the 3 credit cards I put the charge on. I called and talked to Ora, my sister. She had good news. Her legs are filling up with water because she has not been able to elevate them or walk any distance. For months she has been sitting and sleeting setting up in her chair on a sheepskin. Now her skin is starting to break down and she is getting bed sores. She is in so much pain; today she walked around the room and was so tired from not sleeping she collapsed on the sofa on a soft pillow. She put her feet up on the coffee table and slept for an hour. She was not in as much pain and the skin on her legs was not as tight when she woke. Debbie picked Shirley up and took her to see her daughter, Pam Allenbach. They took her ice cream but she did not want it. She did eat the Tapico pudding Laura brought over. Debbie was late getting Shirley back to her retirement center. When she got home we watched some TV, read some, and had prayer before going to bed.
