Prioritized Daily Task

4:30 PM - GA and TCU college football National Championship  game

I was up early, had prayer, and called and talked to Debbie.  We had prayer together before she went to her Stretch Lab appointment.  Rae Lynn went to the gym to exercise and Brett went to work.  He is interviewing and hiring a director of nursing at the nursing home where he is working. Rae Lynn got home and everyone ate cereal for breakfast.  I was finally able to get "Favorite Thoughts and Quotes for 2022" ordered with help from their customer service.  The boys friends come over and went in the hot tub and swimming pool.  We watched 3 quarters of the Georgia and TCU college football championship game.  Rae Lynn ordered and picked up pizza for everyone.  Brett got home from work.  *They visited with me about the Hospice company they are starting.  They know the risk and sacrifice Matthew and Melodie are making and truly appreciate it.  I think it is a good opportunity for Brett and Rae Lynn and believe Brett will do well with the hospice company. Bishop Jeff Crane came over and visited with Brett and Rae Lynn.  Three of the five boys, Luke, Brody, and Weston got in my bed with me and played video games on the big screen TV while I wrote in my journal until the bishop left. Georgia won the game 65 to 7.  Michale and Autumn were at the game.   Rae Lynn and Brett taught a Come Follow Me lesson in Matthew 1 and Luke 1.  We had family prayer.  I called and texted Debbie and sent her a text; she called back before I went to bed.  We had prayer together and I had my personal prayer.  I got to bed about 9:30 PM PST.   I received an invitation to attend a zoom meeting with the children of Janie Morris Dunman and Nancy Abercrombie this Wednesday at 11:30 PM PST.  I sent Matthew Holy's Abercrombie Rhodes phone number.  She was left off the invitation.

 31 Aug 2023, Thursday Priorit ized Daily Task 5:00 AM PST - Pray, pack, check out of the Nugget Hotel in Reno, fill the Subaru with gas, talk to Matthew and Michael before conference video with Eric Fisher at 2:00 PM MST, approve a proposed purchase of A&M from Janie Morrie Dunman and Nancy Abercrombie, drive to Lehi, wash the car, fill car with gas and buy groceries, check the mail, prayer with Jeliic and Debbie and I had prayer together before going to bed at about 11 PM MST.  I copied the proposal and filed it in A&M, Eric Fisher, file We were up early, had prayer, showered, and packed before going down to breakfast at 6 AM.  I checked us out of the hotel and drove to Wendover, UT stopping twice for gas.  I talked to Matthew and Michael before our conference video meeting about the proposal to Jimmy and his mother Janie Morris Dunman and Nancy Abercrombie to purchase A&M Investments.  After the meeting I gave Eric Fisher, Attorney, to procee...

 20 Aug 2023, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task Ryan and Stephanie Hobbs' 20th Wedding Anniversary I got up and had my personal prayer.  When Debbie got up we had prayer together.  I showered, shaved, and started to make reservations to go tomorrow evening to see a Shakespeare Festival play, TIMON OF ATHENS, at the Eileen and Allen Anes Studio Theatre at the college in Cedar City.  Jody Jenkins, my mission president's daughter, was in charge of the Shakespeare Festival at the college before she retired.  I knew it was Sunday and something I should wait until tomorrow to do, so I did not complete the purchase.  I will check and see if I can get tickets tomorrow.  Debbie and Ljubica fixed breakfast and afterward, Bojana cleaned the kitchen.  We followed our neighbors to church this morning.  *Note: In the sacrament meeting, the text in one of the songs, Upon the Cross of Calvery, "death unlocks the passageway into eternity".  The text is...

 17 Oct 2023, Tuesday Priorit ized Daily Task 8:00 a.m. - Matt takes Madeline 6th grade, Bella 5th grade, and Ava  10:00 am - ride with Matt and Melodie Pacific Ridge School at  6269 El Fuerte St, Carlsbad, CA 92009, a private school. Pacific Ridge or PRS, is an independent co-educational college preparatory school for students in grades 6–12. The private school is located in the Bressi Ranch community of Carlsbad, a coastal resort town located in North San Diego County, California.  Debbie and I had prayer; I rode with Matthew to take Madeline, Bella, and Ava to Double Peeks School this morning.  We came home and picked Memodie up and rode over to PRS to check it out for Bella next year.  Bella will be in the 6th grade next year.  I sent Alex all of our itineraries for the Royal Caribbean Cruise May 5-12 with our flights and transfers from the airport to the dock in Port Canervial and back on May 12th.   Later when the girls got home Me...
