Prioritized Daily Task

Michael should be arriving today or tomorrow with Autumn and some of the children, get dim headlamp replaced on the passenger's side of Land Rover.

6 PM - Wednesday dinner at Los Hermanos in Orem with Michael, Autumn, the children and two of Augumn's brothers. Maybe spend the night (there would a problem if it were today; Debbie has planned for weeks for this night. She has Fondue pots for meats, vegetables, and desserts. We probably will not make it tomorrow.

Debbie was up early this morning. We had prayer together before she left to pick Shirley Hobbs up, age 93, and take her to see her daughter Pam Allenbach, who had an aneurysm that burst in her brain and is paralyzed on her right side. Shirley stood beside Debbie when Randy was mistreating her and the children. Pam has also been for Debbie, taking her side against her brother. Everyone that knows Debbie loves and respects her. When I went into our bathroom I was greeted with love notes stuck to our mirror. When I went into the office and opened my computer I had another "I Love You" note. I had breakfast and listened to the end of Jared Halverson's Unshaken, Matthew chapter 5. I tried to call Doug Garrison, Jr., a commercial land appraiser at 706 499 6633 but got his answering machine. I left Doug a message and sent him a text that I need an appraisal on about 40 acres inside the city limits of Cleveland, GA. The text I sent: "Doug, I need to get an appraisal on about 40 acres inside the city limits. of Cleveland on the bypass and Hwy 129 Across from Walmart my number is 801-361-3258. Give me a call I would appreciate it."

I was able to get Elbert Angel, land surveyor, this morning and. they were told by Steve Astin, attorney, that the deed describing the 60 acres will be sent to Ora Truitt this Thursday. I received a phone call from Doug Garrison, Jr, the only other commercial appraiser listed. He told me he no longer does commercial appraisals, only residential ones. I asked him to send me this appraiser's contact information and tell me what he had just told me over the phone. He did; this is the text below.

"Hello. The contact information for Danny Almond should be in the previous text.

Danny is a well known commercial and residential appraiser in Cleveland and would be well qualified to appraise a property that is commercial or has commercial potential. More so than me. I largely stopped doing commercial properties years ago and Danny would be a better choice to help you.

Thank you for calling me and please don’t hesitate to let me know if you ever need anything. Have a good afternoon."

This is the second recommendation for Danny Almond. The first came from James Allison with Leading Edge Real Estate (Phone: (706) 200-2210) I called on. Feb. 1st to get an appraisal on the 42 acres in Cleveland, GA 30528. (5.0 stars, rating with 121 Google reviews). Only one other, The Law Office of Chad Knott, LLC, had more reviews and they are not commercial appraisers.

James Allison was the first land appraiser I spoke with. When he heard what I needed he told me they only do residential appraisals and recommended Danny Almond in Clarksville; He does commercial land appraisals, mobile, (706-499-9561) He is at Horizon Appraisal and is located at 195 E Jarrard St in Cleveland, Georgia 30528. I am now back to the present, today, Feb. 14th. A few minutes after I received the phone call and text from Doug Garrison I got a phone call from Danny Almond apologizing for taking so long to get started on the appraisal. He said after the problems with his sciatic nerve and lower back, the shotes in his eyes for diabetes, he now has Covid. He said he would be back on the appraisal soon. He told me he was 57 years old and his family has a history of diabetes. Debbie got home. She got a phone call from Jody who had surgery for breast cancer. She is struggling emotionally. I got a Valentine's Day text from my sister Ora. I called and talked to her thanking her for her Valentine's wish and wishing her a glorious happy Valentine's Day. I sent Valentine's Day text to Beth, Maggie; to Rae Lynn; to Autumn, Alex, and Gracie; to Melodie, Madeline, Bella, and Ava; and to my other sister, Elain, and her daughters and granddaughters. Debbie started preparing a Fondue meal for Valentine's Day celebration at about 4:30 PM. The cheese pot was for the bread and vegetables and the oil/broth pot for the steak and chicken. We finished about 6:30 PM and started a movie. At 8 PM we put it on pause and Debbie got out the 3 different chocolate, white, dark, and milk, heated. and we had desert, angle food, bananas, apples, strawberries, and pretzels we dipped in one of the chocolate bowls. I sent pictures and wished Jodi, Shelby Traveller; Laura, and Clara, Allison Gourley; Stephanie and Kylie Hobbs; Jamie and Tylee: and Anndalyn Hobbs all a happy Valentine's Day. Debbie and I had prayer before going to bed.
