Get a list together to talk to Matt McCleary tax attorney about at 3 PM Monday, Feb. 27th

I was up early at 5:30 AM, had prayer and worked on getting things organized for getting help with my back and talking to P.A. about MRI and blood lab reports.  After we had prayer Debbie called Family Practice and has an appointment for me to see Brad Gale at 10:30 AM.  Michael called and helped me download my 2023 Journal in a USP drive to take to Phil Davis to print a hardcover book.  He also helped me with getting the printer and my computer to communicate with each other.  Debbie went with me to see Brad Gale, P.A.  He had X-rays of my back taken.  It shows I have two vertebrae in my lower back (C-3 and T-7 I think) that are compressed in on one another.  That is what is causing the severe pain when I try and get up from a prone position.  Brad called the radiologist and they will do a CT scan to determine if there is something they can do to relieve the pressure on the nerves in my lower back.  Debbie dropped me off at home and went to get her hair fixed at Thanksgiving Point.  Michael called and are not getting the Outback Subaru back until Friday.  Debbie got home and we went to dinner with Michael, Autumn, the children, family, and friends at Los Hermanos Restaurant at the University Mall in Orem.  Michael went with me to the Land Lover as was going to replace the dim light lamp but the lamp was OK.  There was only a loose connection and it works fine now. We got home, had prayer and got to bed before midnight.  I dug out the books that Brad Gale, P.A. suggested Debbie and I read last year.  Debbie has read more of them than I have.  "Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease" by Caldwell B. Esselstyn. Jr., M.D.; "How Not to Diet" and "How Not to Die Cookbook" by Michael Greger, M.D. FACLM; "Lifespan, Why We Age - and Why We Don't Have To" by David A. Sinclair, PhD,  I started back reading and will try and finish them this time before I get started on something else.  I think I got disillusioned or caught up in something else.  I know we are all going to die unless the Lord gets involved.  That is a fact,  It appears we may have some input in how long and what our quality of life will be.

Michael, Autumn, Alex and her friend Jake, Blake, Manuel and 2 of their friends, Gracey and her friend from San Clemente (they are sophomores. and play varsity basketball together), Autumn's brothers, Mason, his wife Alisha and their children and Dallin, his wife and children and 3 of the family's friends, Ben Schilaty, BYU Professor and Author, Charlie Bird the famous Cougar mascot, Cosmos and his friend who came late.
