Gather information and send it to Molly Knudsen, Dietation with Inside Tracker, for our 11:30 AM Zoom meeting Thursday, Feb. 23rd.                    Call (385) 345-3000 the MRI radiology center for a Calcium Score Test.  One thing it is supposed to show is the celestrol that has built up in the arteries. Check and see if I can get another report of the test at Mt. View Hospital at 3000 Triumph Blvd, Lehi, UT 84043 and send results to Molly Knudsen before our meeting on the 23rd.

Debbie and I were up at 5:30 AM, had prayer, Debbie went swimming at the Legacy Center's Indoor Pool, and I took the garbage to the street.  I had oatmeal and a fruit vegetable smoothie, etc. for breakfast.  Later when Debbie got home I took the Subaru to Auto Zone in Lehi and had the battery checked.  It is bad and needs replacing.  It is still under warranty.  The Lehi store had a replacement battery but no one was available to install it.  I went to the American Fork Auto Zone.  A young man who was physically handicapped worked there.  The battery post was corroded.  It was a lot of work getting the old battery out and the new one installed.  It took him a while and I was late getting back with the Subaru for Debbie to drive to the Stretch Lab for her appointment.  She drove the Land Rover.  One of the other employees was sympathetic and helped get the positive battery cable off the battery post.  When I was leaving, I thanked Tinkler and tipped him $20.  I called and talked to Debbie when I got back home she had already left.  I took the Subaru Outback and filled it with gas for our trip to Shelly, ID Wednesday.  I texted and tried to call but did not hear from Michael.  I cashed the cash-back Citi Costco check and stopped at the Legacy Center on the way home and did some walking.  I tried to get another copy of the MRI Calcium Score Test (CT Heart Scan with Calcium Score).  I went by Brad Gale's office at Family Practice and got a copy. Hanna in Medical Records at the lab is sending me the forms to fill out and she will send me a copy of my results.  Michael called, he was in Las Vegas for meetings this week for the company he consults for.  The family all left Heber last night and they dropped him off on their way home.  I sent Michael the information of Caldwell B. Esselstyn, Jr., M.D.'s book on a plant-based diet to prevent and reverse heart disease.  I called Phil Davis with Alpha Graphics and gave him the OK to print a hard-cover copy of my 2022 Journal.  Later when Debbie got home and finished the work she was doing with Karlene on their mother's estate she went to get a facial.  I sent Molly Knudsen, Dietitation at Inside Tracker the CT Calcium Score with the lab results of the blood test for Thyroid. The thyroid gland uses iodine from food to make two thyroid hormones, T-3 and T-4.  We had prayer and got to bed about 10 PM.
