I have the book copied from Blog format to a PDF to be printed.  Blog2Print cannot print a book as large as mine but Phil Davis at Alpha Graphics can and has been printing it for me for several years.  I need to pay to have it downloaded and maintained in their files.

Continue to work on organizing tax data for 2022 tax return to be filed 15th April 2023

Debbie picked up some suppositories and Fleet enema at the pharmacy.  My 4th day taking Dulcolax.  The overdose (8 times the recommended about - 1/4 teaspoon and I too a tablespoon) of ALA,  alpha lipoic acid, and taking Tylenol and Ibuprofen morning and night from the fall night skiing last Friday has caused been the cause of real constipation.

Drive up to Ryan and Stephanie's in Wellsville and spent the night.

Debbie and I were up early and had prayer.  Debbie went to Walmart pharmacy and picked up some medicine for me.  She went to stay with and help Pam until some of her family could get there after lunch.  I showered and packed.  My stomach is still upset but getting better.  On the way home Debbie filled the car with gas.  We packed the car and drove to Wellsville.  We dropped Abbie off at one of the parents of a basketball team player for dinner with the team.  Ryan and Stephanie have already had their term hosting the girls' BB team.  Debbie and I too Mackay to dinner for his and my birthday, January 21st.  He was 9 the same age as Bella.  Debbie, Mackay, and I went to Chici-fil-A.  When we got home we watched Season 3, starting with the 1st episode.  Later we studied scriptures with the family and we had family prayer.  I sent Jimmy Morris a second email yesterday asking for the bank statements for A&M Investments.  The first was sent on Jan. 24th.  I received this answer from him today:  James Morris 1:44 PM (5 hours ago)

 15 Dec 2023, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task  9:45 a.m. James Macdonald Revere Health Dermatology at Revere Health Dermatology.  I was up early, had prayer, showered, and shaved.  Debbie got up and worked on our quotes and thoughts from my 2023 notes in my journal.  We had prayer together before I drove to Provo to see Dr. Macdonald,  Dermatologist.   His office in Provo is very modern and nice in the medical center near the hospital.  He froze and scraped places on my face.  He also gave me a prescription for a new and maybe more effective skin pre-cancer places.  I drove to Costco and filled the Outback with gas.  i went over the the Legacy Center for an hour.  I used the weights for about 20 minutes, the stair stepper for about 20 minutes, and then walked and jogged for about another 20 minutes before coming home.  Debbie is working on Christmas and birthdays.  She went over to Laura's and I worked on App...

 29 Dec 2023, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task  Debbie and I had prayer together; I went to the grocery store and picked up food for the rest of the week and New Years.  Debbie and I cleaned and vacuumed the house.  We worked on the collection of notes, thoughts, and quotes for 2023 to be printed.  At 5:30 p.m. Debbie met George, Laura, and their family at Thanksgiving point to see the Luminary.  We had prayer and went to bed.  I've spent almost a week trying to get a set of brown wiring Permanent Outdoor Lights from Govee.  I talked to customer service and was told to send an email.  I sent 3 emails and they will not respond.  I will get some outdoor brown spray paint for plastic and some blue masking tape.  I will tape the lights and spray-paint the wiring.  When Debbie got home we had prayer and I went to bed.  Later before midnight Ryan, Stephanie, and the children came and spent the night.

 20 Aug 2023, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task Ryan and Stephanie Hobbs' 20th Wedding Anniversary I got up and had my personal prayer.  When Debbie got up we had prayer together.  I showered, shaved, and started to make reservations to go tomorrow evening to see a Shakespeare Festival play, TIMON OF ATHENS, at the Eileen and Allen Anes Studio Theatre at the college in Cedar City.  Jody Jenkins, my mission president's daughter, was in charge of the Shakespeare Festival at the college before she retired.  I knew it was Sunday and something I should wait until tomorrow to do, so I did not complete the purchase.  I will check and see if I can get tickets tomorrow.  Debbie and Ljubica fixed breakfast and afterward, Bojana cleaned the kitchen.  We followed our neighbors to church this morning.  *Note: In the sacrament meeting, the text in one of the songs, Upon the Cross of Calvery, "death unlocks the passageway into eternity".  The text is...
