Prioritized Daily Task
10:00 AM Doctor Conrad, Dr. Wendall Gibby's son, at Blue Rock Medical, 3152 N University Ave, Provo, UT 84604, and his phone number is 801-229-2022.
Debbie was up early and went to the Legacy Center for her aerobic class. When she got home we had prayer together and ate breakfast while listening to Tom Pettet, Comme Follow Me, Matthew 11, 12, and Luke 11. At 10:00 AM Debbie and I drove to Blue Rock Medical in Provo and met with Dr. Conrad Gibby. Humana supplementary Social Security Insurance finally approved the Vertebroplasty procedure to repair my T-12 Vertebra. He went over the pros and cons to having the procedure done. Three weeks ago I was in a lot of pain. Today the pain is much less and I know I am getting better. The risk with the Vertebroplasty procedure downside is not worth the risk I would be taking. I have until the end of May to change my mind if I stop getting better. Debbie and I came home. I took a pair of shoes to the shoe shop to get half-sols and heels. I got a response to my email about the PET tax request for information form Matthew and Matt McCleary, CPA. The CPA said Matthew's suggestion to get the tax section that talks about this to know the full details is something I should do. I sent an email to Jimmy Morris and he sent it to Jeff Stephens, CPA. Jeff emailed me: "Len, just for clarification my recommendation has nothing to do with whether the assets are split. It is simply a question of whether or not you want to make your state taxes paid in 2023 tax deductible on your personal tax return. As I am sure you are aware, everyone is currently limited to $10,000 of state taxes paid on individual tax returns. This election is a so called SALT work around that allows you to deduct state taxes paid in excess of the $10,000 annual cap. Hopefully that helps you with your assessment of approving the election." I took the black dress shoes to the shoe shop to have half-soles and heels put on. They will be ready next Tuesday. I will try and remember to take my boots to have an eye put back in that came out for the shoelace. Debbie and I went to Clara's softball game. Her mom and dad were there. Her sister, Sam, came for the varsity game she play; we stayed for both games, varsity and freshman. We went shopping at Costco, came home and had dinner, listen to scriptures, and read some before having prayer and got to bed about 10:30 PM. Matthew sent us a picture of Bella he took tonight. She was in the play, Beauty and the Beast.
