Note: The future of eternity is basically built around a man and a woman. My Dad, James Olin McAlpin was born in 1910 and my Mother, Willie Inez Thrash was born in 1913, Ancestral Mathematics was simple, in order to be born, you needed two parents, four grandparents, and eight great-grandparents. For you to be born today from 12 previous generations you needed a total of 4,094 ancestors over the last 400 years or so. In 25 five generations you need 67,108,864 fathers and 67,108, 864 mothers. Think for a moment; How many struggles, How many battles, How many difficulties, How much sadness was there? Then think; How much happiness, How many love stories, How many expressions of hope for the future did all of our ancestors have to undergo for YOU to exist in this present moment?
Debbie was up early this morning and went to Pam. On her way over her husband, Rick Allenbach, called and said the help that was to come next Tuesday had come today. Debbie went on and gave the heat and cold pad to her for treating her shoulder that is hurting her. She came home and we had prayer together, studied scriptures, ate brunch, and worked on cleaning and organizing the house and genealogy meeting Wednesday for me and the business meeting with Catrina at Stonebriar, and Karlene, her sister who is the trustee for their mother's estate on Wednesday for Debbie. I called Danny Almond, land appraiser about a hard copy of the appraisal he did. He said Carol, at the office, is on vacation but should have mailed it. He will check. I told him his check for payment should be to him in about a week. I sent Michael an email and text regarding the conservation contract on parcel 0016-0001v (57.08acs off Jacksonville Rd). Any name/owner/split changes made this year (2023) are in violation of the contract and may cause a breach. A breach would result in a penalty of two times the savings per year. If you split the land into two portions this year (2023), each owner MUST come into the office Jan 1 – April 1 2024 and CONTINUE the current contract. Then when the original contract expires 12/31/2024, if the owners wish to continue the Conservation, they will come into the office Jan 1 – April 1 2025 and begin their 10 year contract. Ora called and is doing better, two nights in a row she has got a good night's sleep. I did some cleaning and organizing in the laundry/office so Debbie can put her bread-making machine. There is no room in the kitchen and I did not want her having to go down the stairs to get the machine each time she makes bread which is two or three times a week. After dinner we all watched part of a TV series, The Ottoman. Debbie and Karlene went to bed; Joe L and I stayed up until midnight before I had my personal prayer and went to bed. I did not wake Debbie, she has to get up early in the morning.
