Debbie was up early and went to her aerobic class.  I slept in and when she got home we had prayer together.  I sent Jimmy Morris and email asking him about why he did not send all the money we received as rental income for April.  The note on the Floyd nursing home is paid but the fund that had been going to the bank was held by Jimmy and not divided and mailed to his mother, Janie, Nancy Abercrombie, and me.  He did not want to do this.  We got the appraisal back on the nursing homes, Floyd and Gateway.  The appraisals came back, 6 million for Flory and 2.5 million for Gateway.  Jimmy emailed all the parties, his mother Janie, Nancy Abercrombie, Rick Abercrombie, Holly, and Shannon (daughter and niece to Wayne and Nancy), except Michael and Matthew.  If I understand the premise proposed by Len and his family, that means that to swap out ownership of the facilities, they would have to provide 2/3 of the value of Floyd and Mom and Nancy would need to provide 1/3 of the value of White County.  If my math is correct, that means:  2/3 of Floyd equals $3,960,000.  1/3 of White equals 825,000.  Subtracting White from Floyd leaves $3,135,000.  This would be the difference in equity that Len would need to provide to trade the facilities, so to speak.

Ponder over these implications and we can discuss (via email) any questions or concerns.  The next step, if the 3 members were to agree, would be for them to vote on following that plan I suppose.  The alternative to this plan is the one outlined in the membership agreement that says if 2/3 of the membership decide to dissolve the company, the assets will be sold off and distributed to all members equally (article 13 of the partnership agreement).

When Michael got up he worked on the home theater downstairs but the radio wave controls and the Blu-Ray don't work together.  Debbie went to take Bruder for a walk and then to her stretch lab appointment.  Michael took the Land Rover and went to meet Autumn and the children to go skiing.  I called Jim Barnes about the electrician they used to wire their new addition.  He gave me the name of Jeff Kirkwood, electrician, 801-381-0817.  I started to call and did not have a good feeling about making the call and hung up.  I went to the Legacy Center and exercised and worked out for about an hour.  Matthew called and wanted me to get Turo Car Rental's phone number.  I sent him a copy of my journal entries regarding Turo from July 8th to Aug 25th, 2021.  Brother Michael Jordine called and gave me the name of his son-in-law, Andrew Chamberlain, an Electrician.  We talked about the solar panels and the wiring of the Home Theather downstairs.  We ate dinner and then went to the movie theater at Thanksgiving Point at 6 PM.  We saw a movie, His Only Son.  It was about Abraham and Issac.  It was well done.  Afterward, we went to Laura and George's to take Bruder for a walk and take the garbage container to the street for the city to pick up the trash and recyclables tomorrow.  We got home and got read for bed, had prayer, and read scriptures.
