Prioritized Daily Task

Ocie Hobbs 7th Birthday

9 AM - Meeting at Rockmart Nursing Home to get Brandy on board using Matt's software

12 Noon - 148 Cason Road at the facility meet Carol Reynolds who did the nursing home appraisals. and Howard

Stopped at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health Center on Main St. in old Cedartown hospital and talked to the receptionist, Robbie.  The directory, Jamie Brown, was in a training meeting.  She called me back, from 706-748-2225.  They only care for drug rehab patients on an outpatient basis. She gave me the name of Rome Crisis Stratigim Unit at 1 Woodvine Ave in Rome.  I called and spoke to Arial.  A lady by the name of Erin B. is the director.  They care for up to 16 drug rehab patients at a time for a few days; not on a long-term care basis. 706-314-0019.  I was told that there is a company, Sober Living that has several locations in Georgia.  Sober living houses, also called sober homes and sober living environments, are facilities that provide safe housing and supportive, structured living conditions for people exiting drug rehabilitation programs. SLHs (Sober Living Homes) serve as a transitional environment between such programs and mainstream society.    {Acqua Recovery & Addiction Treatment Center, 100 N Johnson Mill Rd. Midway Utah  (866) 400-3640, Bart and Robin Johnson's}

Open 24 hours3:30 PM - Meet with Andy Morris; He said he would take to Jimmy Morris, his nephew.  He wants to negotiate a resolution between all the parties of A&M Investments.   I told Andy that would be great but before we can negotiate everything will have to be. on top of the table.  We have appraisals on the two nursing homes and the 40 (+ or -) acres in Cleveland but I do not know what's in the financial and corporate books.   Once we know everything is on the table and it is clean then we can negotiate in good faith.

7 PM - Matthew, dinner at El Zopria in Rome with some of his friends, Brian Mullins and Levert Nevil from Darlington

Note:  Nevertheless when The Son of Man cometh, shall He find faith on the earth? Luke 18:8

I had prayer and studied the scriptures.  I sent a happy 7th birthday text to Ocie through her parents and Debbie's phone.  I don't think she has a phone.  Matt and I drove over to the Rockmart Nursing Home.  We met with Brandy who is the Regional Human Resource Manager for Reliable Health Care and handles other responsibilities with the company.  Matthew spent the morning showing her the software he sent to them months ago but they have not utilized it.  She did not know what his software could do for the company.  Matt is going to check with PayCheck to see if it interfaces with the State and Federal reimbursement programs for nursing services. We drove back to the facility on Cason Road and met Carol and Howard. They drove from Atlanta to see the building.  I do not know if they will be able to lease the building.  Afterward, we stopped at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health Center and talked with the receptionist, Robbie.  The director Jamie Brown (phone number 706-748-2225) was in a training meeting.  She called me back later and gave me information on other companies that provide services for addiction and substance recover.  All their services is for out-patience.  We went back to Max and Debbie's.  Matt worked with clients and his developers.  I bowered Max's pickup truck and I followed Matthew to the Outback in Rome.  We met Andy Morris and had dinner.  Andy offered to negotiate a resolution with the breaking up and dividing of assets.  I told him when everything is put on the table and nothing is hidden we can start but not until then.  Andy was able to walk but was unstable.  I stayed with him until he was in his SUV.  Matthew went to meet a couple of his friends he went to. Darlington with.  I drove back to Max and Debbie's.  Luke called and wanted me to donate to his high school basketball team.  I told him I would give him money to help him but I was not going to donate to the school.  They get more than enough money to run the school and all. their sports programs if they managed their money better.  Too much of the school budget goes to administrators and not enough to teachers.  They cut the sports program, music program, and other budgets to fund administrative expenses and push their own agendas on others then use the children to solicit money from their families.  This is not right.  When Matt got home he taught Max and Debbie again on how to operate the controls on their TVs.  I watched some TV with Max and studied the scriptures before going to bed.  I received an email from Jeff Stephens, CPA replying to my email from yesterday, 10th May:

6:03 AM (14 hours ago)

 to me, Matthew, Michael
