I got a good night's sleep, had prayer, and studied scriptures by listening to Come Follow Me. Michael spent the night in Atlanta and drove over to Max and Debbie's this morning. He went over with them how to operate their TVs and see the things they want to see. Later Max, Michael and I went to breakfast at the Waffle House. I went off my program by having part of a waffle and hash browns. We took Max home and Michael and I rode up to Rome in Michael's rental car. We met Andy and Jan Morris at the Blue Fin Restaurant, 727 Turner McCall Blvd NE, Rome, GA 30165. We had a good visit and talked about the low census at the nursing home and the refinancing of the Rockmart Nursing Home in the not-too-far-distant future. Andy has changed his mind about wanting the 4 million dollars he has put into the facility but instead wants about 20% ownership. We also discussed dividing the assets James', Wayne's families, and I own. I told Andy when everything is on top of the table we will have something we can work with. Andy asked how much money I would be willing to contribute to get Floyd/Chulio Hills Nursing Home. I told him if everyone had been honest and fair and not been dishonest in trying to take advantage of me, I probably would have been willing to discuss it but if my signature was forged, I don't think there is any way I would contribute anything other than the one-third interest I have in Gateway Nursing Home and the approximately 40 acres in Cleveland, GA. I suppose this is not the attitude I should have. I am not where I would like to be. After the meeting, Michael brought me back to Max and Debbie's in Cedartown and he went to the nursing home in Rockmart and met with Brad Bilbo. They discussed the low census and the need to get it up. Max and I took the Hyundai Genesis car back to his and Debbie's apartment across the street from the Atlanta Temple. We stopped at Costco in Dunwoody and filled it with gas. I picked up 68 Livelthroxin from the pharmacy. We drove their MKS 1917 Lincoln back home to Cedartown. Max called and talked to Debbie and I called and talked to Michale who were at the Atlanta Airport. I composed an email to Andy about some of the things we talked about earlier today. Debbie called and we talked and had prayer before going to bed. Laura Searle is going in for cancer surgery in Boise, Idaho next Wednesday.
