Prioritized Daily Task

9:45 AM - Pick Dan Lester up for Sacrament meeting in Cedartown

I got 8 hours of sleep last night, had prayer, studied, showered, shaved, and cooked breakfast for Max and me.  At 9:45 AM, I picked Dan Lester up for Sacrament meeting.  Max drove the pickup truck and I drove his Lincoln.  I took Dan back to Big Springs Assisted Living Home after Sacrament.  Charlie and Shirley Hibbert also left after Sacrament meeting.  One hour is about all they are up to attending, as is Brother Lester.  I came back for Sunday School.  I talked to many old friends again today.  I had seen Laura Eaker before but had not spoken to her but today she told me she had seen Vick and Jenny Heart.  They live in Tennessee and are on a mission assigned to this area doing work that her son, Richie, does for a living.  I came home and talked to Jason Kelly and Taylor Tuckett in the Elders Quorum who take ministering reports for the Elders Quorum President in the Lehi 7th Ward.  I reported on Neil and Anne Raye, Mark and Jane Haws, and Glenn and Wendy Smith.  Brother Barnes is helping Jane get a water line run to their garage apartment when his friend can use his trencher to dig a water line in about a week or two.  Glenn Smith finished his 12 Kemo cancer treatments and is on a maintenance program now.  He goes in on June 12 for a CAT scan to see if they have the cancer under control.  Max's sister Joan Dupont called and asked if Max and I would come over and administer to her grandson, Cass.  We drove over; Will, Cass' friend was working outside.  Max and I went in and administered to Cass Grey Dupont.  Joan wanted us to administer to her.  Max and I switched and he anointed Joan and I sealed the anointing and gave her a blessing.  We visited with Joan, Cass, and Will before driving back home.  I talked to Ora yesterday and to Elain today.  She goes in Tuesday for knee replacement surgery.  Rae Lynn called and I talked to her this afternoon.  She is coming up to Utah with Luke on June 28th for volleyball camp at BYU.  Ethan is coming up for camp the following week.  I called and talked to Beth.  She is coming up to Utah the first week in July.  I called and talked to Debbie.  She was going with Jody and Libby to a school function where Libby was playing the violin for the school.  I had prayer and went to bed early so I can get up early in the morning.
