Prioritized Daily Task

scan Long Leaf Fine Article I took pictures of and send to Michael

Note: I told Debbie to look at the little girl, Adra, Kenna's niece, who will be 2 years old tomorrow going down the steps on the back porch at Jody and Tony's, how unsure she is walking and climbing the steps.  Life makes a full circle if we live long enough; 80 to 90 years from now, she will probably be back unsure as she walks and maneuvers up and down steps.

10 AM - Sealing of Cooper and Kenna Traveller in Twin Falls Temple - the civil wedding was Aug. 26th, 2022 at David and Linda Detweller's home

Debbie was up early and helping Jody and Kenna prepare lunch for those coming over after Cooper and Shelby's sealing in the Twin Falls Temple this morning.  Tony took the Subaru Outback and put a new battery cable end attachment on the end of the positive battery cable.  I washed dishes while the girls were preparing food for today.  I took the garbage out and studied the scriptures.  When we were getting ready to go to the temple, Debbie's feet were swelling. Jody rode with Debbie and me.  The sealing was performed by Brad Hobbs, Cooper's great-uncle.  Brad's wife, Sandy, and his mother, Sharlene Traveller, were here.  Dave Detweller, Kennedy's father and Tony Traveller, Cooper's father were witnesses.  Jody and Linda set beside Cooper and Kenna before the sealing started and they moved to the alter.  Both of Cooper's grandmothers, Debbie and Sharlene, were here.  Randy Hobbs who was once married to Debbie attended the sealing.  Randy is Brad's brother.  Kenna's grandmother,  Claudia Anderson,  Linda's mother, was here but Dave Detweller's mother Barbara Stanfield is not a member.  There were about 53 individuals from both families, Travellers and Detwellers, in the sealing room.  Afterward, we followed Ryan and Stephanie back to Jody and Tony's for a luncheon for everyone.  I visited with friends and family members. I set with Debbie and David Detweller.  I learned more about him.  His grandfather came to Idaho from Pennesvinlia and bout the land over a hundred years ago that he now farms.  He runs about 90 head of cattle and is mixing in the Wayga breed from Japan.  Wagyu is a Japanese beef cattle breed – derived from native Asian cattle. 'Wagyu' refers to all Japanese beef cattle, where 'Wa' means Japanese and 'gyu' means cow.                                                                                                The unique taste and tenderness of highly marbled Wagyu beef make for an unrivaled eating experience. That is why Wagyu beef is finding its way into the repertoires of gourmet cooks, fine restaurants, and kitchens across the U.S.                                                                                        Dave, Kenna's father, is pleased with the results he is having with the Wagya breed.  Debbie and I stayed until all the guests left and we drove back to Lehi.  On the way home near the Idaho and Utah border we saw a beautiful double rainbow.  I stopped and Debbie took a picture.  We bought some groceries and filled the car with gas.  We came home and ate dinner, cleaned the kitchen, had prayer, and went to bed.
