8:30 AM - Meet with Brad Bilbo and Tim Blankenship at the Cason Road facility

2:00 PM - Meet with West Evans, Attorney at his office 711 Broad St. Rome, GA

I was up early, had prayer, showered, and shaved before Matthew and I drove out to the Cason Road Facility and met Brad Bilbo and his maintenance man, Tim Blankenship (770-231-0194) his maintenance man at Reliable Health Care that operates our nursing homes.  Tim is going to get us a bid on getting the building in shape to lease and getting the grass mowed and bushes trimmed.  Max went and got his hair cut this morning.  Later Matt and I drove up to Rome.  Matthew had a meeting with his developers in India.  Afterward, Matt went to Wells Fargo to make a deposit and I went to Regions Bank and withdrew $200 from my checking account to carry in my wallet for petty cash.  Matthew made several phone calls to the people who he is working within the states on development for them.   such as Madeline's cheer group company and the girls he has helping with each account he has in the States.  At 2 PM we went to West Evans, Attorney's office at 711 Broad St. in Rome.  He asked I send him the addresses of the two nursing home, Gateway and Chulio Hill/Floyd Nursing Homes, the A&M Operating Agreement, and a copy of my K-1 to get the accountant's name and contact information which did not have it.  I had the information I got from Jimmy I sent to West.  On the way home to Max and Debbie's Floyd Farless returned my call.  He was on his way from court in Cedartown.  He brought me up on him and Lila, his wife, and their children and grandchildren.  He wants to get together with me before I leave to go back home.  We got home and Max want Matt and me to go with him to dinner with a brother in the branch whose wife has gone back to South Korea with their children for a visit with her family.  When we got home we visited with Max and Debbie and had prayer with them before going to bed.  Matthew led us in prayer.  He has a Zoom meeting with the developers in India later.  It will be early in the morning before he finishes.  I traded bedrooms with him so he will not bother Debbie and Max talking.  I called and talked to Debbie.  She was on her way home with Jody.  Karlean is spending the night with her also.  I had my personal prayer and read some before going to bed after midnight.

 20 Aug 2023, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task Ryan and Stephanie Hobbs' 20th Wedding Anniversary I got up and had my personal prayer.  When Debbie got up we had prayer together.  I showered, shaved, and started to make reservations to go tomorrow evening to see a Shakespeare Festival play, TIMON OF ATHENS, at the Eileen and Allen Anes Studio Theatre at the college in Cedar City.  Jody Jenkins, my mission president's daughter, was in charge of the Shakespeare Festival at the college before she retired.  I knew it was Sunday and something I should wait until tomorrow to do, so I did not complete the purchase.  I will check and see if I can get tickets tomorrow.  Debbie and Ljubica fixed breakfast and afterward, Bojana cleaned the kitchen.  We followed our neighbors to church this morning.  *Note: In the sacrament meeting, the text in one of the songs, Upon the Cross of Calvery, "death unlocks the passageway into eternity".  The text is...

Pratt was also in NY City on a different kind of mission, a publication mission, to get the word out here in NY.  He hears stories that John Taylor has money and I need all the help I can get, with printing cost,  paper, ink, and, to pay a typesetter, so he goes to John Taylor and asks him, “Do you have any money?”  Elder Taylor says, “Yes, I have plenty of money.”  Elder Pratt says, “Ah, good, can I have $2 or $3 hundred dollars to pursue the work I am called to do?”   Brother Taylor gets a big smile on his face and...
