Prioritized Daily Task
I had prayer, read, and came downstairs Matt was awake working on getting some documents ready for Jean to put together in his software for a client. We ate breakfast. Matthew went to get his hair cut; I went with Max to the Post Office to mail some cards for Debbie. We picked Matthew up and drove to Best Buy in Hiram and Matthew helped Max get Orbi Netgear Satellite, router and 2 satellites, and 3 TV. We stopped on the way home at Mac's Bakery in Rockmart and picked up 3 pies for memorial services at Perryman and Banon, Mormon Church Graveyard this weekend. When we got to Cedartown we stopped and picked up dinner at the Kroger deli. Debbie picked up dinner for Lance and Nancy Pope. Max and I took it to their home in Esom Hill School they converted into a home. Don Garman and his wife were leaving. Max and I visited with Lance and Nancy. Nancy has hurt her back. Max and I administered to Nancy and gave her a blessing. I asked Lance to lead us in prayer before the blessing. When Man and I got home Matt and Debbie had gone to dinner at a Mexican Restaurant near Walmart in Cedartown. When they got back Matthew connected the Orbi Network router and satellites, and we connected two new Smart TVs. Max and I went to Walmart at 10:55 PM. Max bought a 50-inch Smart TV as the store was closing at 11 PM. I got an email ready to send to Jimmy Morris. I had prayer and decided to wait until tomorrow to send it:
Dear Jimmy,
I hope this email finds you well. A couple of months ago, you mentioned that you would not be able to send me the financials but would be willing to make them available to me in person if I came by the office. I will be in Georgia this weekend, and as previously discussed, I would appreciate it if I could drop by your office and obtain a copy of the financials.
May I kindly request the office address and suggest a time on Monday that would be convenient for me to stop by?
Also, I would like to request the following information to review during my visit:
Bank statements from the inception of A&M Investments, LLC, until present
Financial statements and accounting records LLC corporate books, including the original operating agreement. Tax records
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I am looking forward to meeting with you in person to discuss further.
Best regards,
James L. "Len" McAlpin
