Prioritized Daily Task
11:00 AM - volunteer at the Saratoga Springs Tmeple's open house
We were up at about 6:30 AM. We had prayer together and I went to the Legacy Center to exercise for about an hour. I called Dan and Ora to check on them. Ora is not walking but is in good spirits and thanking the Lord for all he is doing to give her peace. When I got home Debbie went to talk to Gary, our financial advisor, at Stonebriar. I have not heard from Andy Morris regarding the email I sent to him on Monday, 22nd May. I sent an email to Matthew and Melodie asking for their help in getting an attorney to help get the situation with A&M Investments settled. I met Brother and Sister Taylors (he retired from singing in the Tabernacle Choir), and Doug Page, day supervisor at the Satoraga Springs Temple today. The temple is beautiful and the open house so thousands of people a day are able to go through in an organized manner. After the temple, I picked up a prescription for Metformin from Costco Pharmacy. I got home and Debbie and I had dinner. Matthew sent me an email in answer to the one I sent him and Melodie this morning. Debbie and I watched a movie, Enemy at the Gate, before practicing our skit for the family reunion. Debbie and I had prayer together and studied scriptures before going to bed.
Emails sent today:
I was wondering if you had time to locate an attorney who is skilled in contract and corporate law that might be interested in helping us.
Andy has not responded to my email of Monday, 22nd May. I do not plan to put pressure on him. He volunteered to help but sensing his reluctance to answer must mean he has nothing to report.
I know you guys are busy but I hope you can help.
Dad
Hi Dad,
Ya, we will make it a priority for you and find one that meets your budget range. How much are you looking at wanting to pay per hour so we know what type of firm we need to look at?
to Matt, Melodie
If the attorney takes an interest in my case, is superior in his knowledge of corporate and contract law, and will not milk it, I do not mind what he charges.
