I was up at 6:30 AM, had prayer, and took the trash to the street to be picked up this morning.  I checked Inside Tracker's blood work from Quest Lab.  I sent it to Brad Gayle, PA (faxed and emailed), but when I arrived at 9 AM they had not received it.  Debbie texted me; she was in her GPOD board meeting in Idaho.  I checked my PH with the new tester I received on the front porch while I was away this past week.  After I calibrated it my PH was 4.55.  I went over my blood work with Brad Gale, PA at Family Premier Family Medical.  I talked to him about my 4.56 PH, slight trimmers sometimes in my left hand, and being tired and sleepy more than normal.  He ordered more definitive blood tests.  I went by the accountant's, Matt McCleary, office.  Heather, the secretary, printed me a copy of my 2022 tax return and IRS estimated taxes to pay for each quarter of 2023.   The software was not working for Idah.   She said Matt will send it to us this evening.  When I got home Jared and Tate were cutting the grass in the yard.  I put the food we brought back from the reunion in the refrigerator and the other food in the food storage downstairs.  I put 3 bags of 40 pounds of pellet salt, in the water softener.  I filled the garden water containers in the planters.  I broke my fast about noon and watched some of Jared Halverson's Come Follow Me, John 14-17.  I called and talked to Ora; she was having a fairly good day.  I sent Dan an email with the 2 quarter IRS estimated taxes Debbie and I need to pay before the 15th.  I talked to Debbie.  She had stopped at her Aunt Anita's and took her flowers.  I went to the Legacy Center to exercise and walk.  I thought about what I want our lawyer to accomplish.  When Matthew and Melodie locate one that will help with A&M Investments and the assets James Morris Sr., Wayne Abercrombie's families and I own.  I sent an email to Matthew and Melodie about what I would like to have from the attorney:                                I want him or her to take an interest in my case, to have superior skills and knowledge in corporate and contract law, and not be inclined to draw the case out for a long period of time. 

What I want the lawyer to accomplish.                                                              Obtained financial and corporate documents of A&M Investments that have not been made available to us.                                                                     Obtain journal entries and all financial records that have been kept in Quick Books since 2015, access to bank statements for all accounts, and all original corporate documents.                                                                              Additionally, authorize the bank or banks to provide copies of any specific transaction or canceled checks on any A&M Investments accounts that may be requested. 

We have commercial appraisals on Gateway Nursing Home, Chulio Hills Nursing Home, and approximately 40 acres of land inside the city limits of Cleveland, Georgia. Once we have an audit of A&M Investments we will have a comprehensive overview of the assets, enabling the attorney to move forward with brokering a fair division between the families of James Morris Sr., Wayne Abercrombie, and myself,  and dissolving the partnership and/or the LLC.  

Debbie got home before 10 PM.  We. had prayer together before going to bed.  Debbie got a voicemail from Bojana.  Her parents are on the plane to Amsterdam, to Seattle, and then to SLC.  Their luggage is checked to SLC.  They have senior assistance when they land to get them to their next gate in Amsterdam and in Seattle.
