3 PM - 6 PM - serve as Alternate at Sataroga Temple (Cindy Harris, Haley, and Burgandy) 

6:30 PM Free movie with Debbie at Thanksgiving Point Theater

Debbie and I had prayer, showered, and shaved.  At 6:45 we drove over to the Satoraga Springs Temple.  We cleaned the welcome center (ward building) next door to the temple.  It was used for a meeting house yesterday.  At 8 AM we came back home.  The solar power people are starting the installing solar panels and wiring.  I moved the Land Rove from the drive and took the Outback to go and have blood drawn for the Inside Tracker program.  When I got home Dan Owens was here pruning trees.    Dan Owens came by to do some pruning and check on the trees, vines, plants, and roses.  We have blister mites in the pear trees also powdery mildew.  I need to spray Dormant Oil on the fruit trees, and maybe the grape vines in late March.  I need to rotate spraying the fruit trees every 2 weeks using (Hi-Yield) Malathion or Permethrin for Aphids and insecticide; and Neem with Sevin and F-Stop for fungicide the next two weeks.  Every month spray the pear and apple trees with Fougieide: F-Stop (which I purchased) or Consan 20 for mildew every 3 months.  I sprayed the trees with Fougieide F-Stop. At 2:00 PM I went to the Satoriga Temple and met with the other workers who are helping with the Open House for our shift from 3 to 6 PM.  I worked as a standing Usher and was assigned to the 3rd floor. Most of my time was spent in the Celestial Room but I did serve to the point of the visitors to the stairs when their tour ended.  I came home and had dinner with Debbie afterward we went to see a movie at MegaPlex theater in Thanksgiving Point.  The story was good and the movie was OK.  We got home and had family prayer.  I read and studied before going to bed about 11:30 PM.

 20 Aug 2023, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task Ryan and Stephanie Hobbs' 20th Wedding Anniversary I got up and had my personal prayer.  When Debbie got up we had prayer together.  I showered, shaved, and started to make reservations to go tomorrow evening to see a Shakespeare Festival play, TIMON OF ATHENS, at the Eileen and Allen Anes Studio Theatre at the college in Cedar City.  Jody Jenkins, my mission president's daughter, was in charge of the Shakespeare Festival at the college before she retired.  I knew it was Sunday and something I should wait until tomorrow to do, so I did not complete the purchase.  I will check and see if I can get tickets tomorrow.  Debbie and Ljubica fixed breakfast and afterward, Bojana cleaned the kitchen.  We followed our neighbors to church this morning.  *Note: In the sacrament meeting, the text in one of the songs, Upon the Cross of Calvery, "death unlocks the passageway into eternity".  The text is...
