Debbie went to bed late last night looking for us a place to stay at a bed and breakfast or B&A, for a gift for Elder Alex Gourley before he leaves the MTC for his mission in Boston.  We packed the SUV and drove up to Wellsville and met Stephanie, Abby, Carter, Mackay, Drew, and three of their cousins, Ellie, Bradock, and Ocie (Pat and Anndalyn's children).  Lyndan, Anndalyn's mother, is watching Camdon while Anndalyn is painting murals in the Tallahassee Temple and Pat has taken Audrey and some of the other young men in his ward camping.  Debbie and I followed Stephanie and the children to Zupas in Logan for lunch.  Ryan stopped by but did not have time to eat with us.  He had a meeting at work, Utah State University.  Afterward, Debbie, Mirko, Ljubica, and I followed Stephanie and the children to Aloha Snow where Kylie, the oldest daughter is working.  One of her three jobs; she also is going to high school.  When we left we went by Gossner's Cheese plant established in 1966.  They have a store in the front of their plant.  We bought some cheese and then drove over to Logan Utah Temple.   The Logan Utah Temple (formerly the Logan Temple) was completed in 1884, and is the fourth temple built by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the second in Utah, St. George being the first.  We left Logan and drove north to Downata Hot Springs and spent the afternoon in the warm 95 degrees F. and the hot tub, 105 degrees F.  We took pictures of each of our stops.  We left and drove up to Lava Hot Springs where we intended to go but both Downata and Lava Hot Springs close at 8 PM.  We took pictures and were getting hungry.  We stopped at Panda Express in Pocatello and had dinner before driving on up to Shelly to spend the night with Karlene, Debbie's sister.  She had two bedrooms set up and the rooms were cool for us.  We unloaded the car and had prayer with Mirko and Ljubica.  Debbie and I had prayer together before going to bed.

 15 Dec 2023, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task  9:45 a.m. James Macdonald Revere Health Dermatology at Revere Health Dermatology.  I was up early, had prayer, showered, and shaved.  Debbie got up and worked on our quotes and thoughts from my 2023 notes in my journal.  We had prayer together before I drove to Provo to see Dr. Macdonald,  Dermatologist.   His office in Provo is very modern and nice in the medical center near the hospital.  He froze and scraped places on my face.  He also gave me a prescription for a new and maybe more effective skin pre-cancer places.  I drove to Costco and filled the Outback with gas.  i went over the the Legacy Center for an hour.  I used the weights for about 20 minutes, the stair stepper for about 20 minutes, and then walked and jogged for about another 20 minutes before coming home.  Debbie is working on Christmas and birthdays.  She went over to Laura's and I worked on App...

 26 Oct 2023, Thursday Priorit ized Daily Task Inside Tracker appointment with Quest for bloodwork -  Get approval for Nov. 17, 18, or 20, 2023 -  support@insidetracker.com.  Ordered on Monday, 19 September 2022 I was up early, had prayer, got dressed, and started packing and putting luggage in Michael's truck.  Beth had prayer with the children before leaving for school.  I took Tucker and dropped him off at San Clemente High School and met Micheal in the parking lot at Life Time Fitness in San Clemente just east of the high school.   I climbed the stair-stepper for an hour at medium speed, lifted weights,  and did situps.  Afterward, I showered and got in the steam room for 3 cycles, showered again, and got dressed just as Michael called at 10:15 a.m.  He is leaving to meet Autumn's sister-in-law and her family at the house.  Afterward, he is getting his hair cut.  I stayed at Life Time Fitness and studied scripture...

 29 Dec 2023, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task  Debbie and I had prayer together; I went to the grocery store and picked up food for the rest of the week and New Years.  Debbie and I cleaned and vacuumed the house.  We worked on the collection of notes, thoughts, and quotes for 2023 to be printed.  At 5:30 p.m. Debbie met George, Laura, and their family at Thanksgiving point to see the Luminary.  We had prayer and went to bed.  I've spent almost a week trying to get a set of brown wiring Permanent Outdoor Lights from Govee.  I talked to customer service and was told to send an email.  I sent 3 emails and they will not respond.  I will get some outdoor brown spray paint for plastic and some blue masking tape.  I will tape the lights and spray-paint the wiring.  When Debbie got home we had prayer and I went to bed.  Later before midnight Ryan, Stephanie, and the children came and spent the night.
