1:30 PM - conference call with Eric Fisher and Matthew

I was up at about 5 AM, and had my personal prayer, Debbie, Mikro, and Ljubica are still sleeping.  I emailed Eric Fisher and we talked for about 20 minutes, until about 6:30 AM.  He has depositions this afternoon when I am free.  I wanted Matthew and Michael to be in on the conservation but I have not heard from Michael and Matthew works all night.  He is going to reach out to them today.  I am thankful the Lord is blessing me in all areas of my life.  I hope my wishes and goals are always the same as what the Lord wants for me and my family.  Eric asked me what I wanted the outcome of this to be.  I told him I would like to have things put back the way they were before the partnership was formed.  I will have the assets in Rome, Floyd County, Georgia, and James Morris and Wayne Abercrombie's family have the assets in Cleveland, White County, Georgia.  We went to the Provo City Center Temple and did a session of sealings of family members and afterward an endowment session for family members.  I took one of Debbie's male family members, Neson Van Ness from NY in the early 1800.  On the way home we stopped at the drive-through at Wells Fargo in Lehi/American Fork branch and deposited the monthly check from the nursing homes.  Matthew and Michael both called and are coming to Provo this weekend.  Matthew is staying with us and Michael is going to the cabin to work on repairing the drain under the drive onto South Ridgeline.  Mirko and I got some gas in the Subaru and bought some groceries for this weekend.  We took them home and put them away.  At 6:20 PM we drove to the Provo Airport and picked Matthew up.  He flew in from Orange County.  We got home and Debbie had dinner ready.  She called Pat, her son, and got the OK for Matt to borrow his pickup truck to move his office furniture in Provo up to the garage in the Cabin at Timber Lakes.  They went over at 9 PM; at 10 PM I had prayer with Mirko and Ljubica before they went to bed.  Matthew and Debbie got home; Matthew had meetings with his developers and programmers and Debbie and I had prayer together.  Matthew was stressed, muscles in is neck and back are tight.  I used the hand massager on his back and neck.  I think everyone was in bed by 11:30 PM.
