Prioritized Daily Task

4:00 PM - Late lunch

6:300 PM - Take Michael and Autumn to the SLC Airport

We slept in, Debbie and I had prayer, and I went to the Legacy Center to exercise and walk.  When I got home Debbie had breakfast ready.  She took Mirko and Ljubica with her to see Clara play softball in Salt Lake.  Autumn texted me, she is leaving some of her books with us for Becky Edwards to pick up tomorrow.  Matthew called and they are having breakfast at the Truereligion Pancake House in Orem.  I talked to Dan this morning, Ora is able to walk to the bathrooms.  Robyn texted me, her mother, Elain, is getting a CAT scan because her back may be broken.  I prayed and read the engagement letter Eric Fisher, Attorney, sent.  Debbie, Marko, and Ljubica got home from Clara Gourley's softball game.  Matthew and Melodie have not arrived with the children.  Michael and Autumn are supposed to be here before 4 PM.  Alex called and she is coming over at about 2:40 PM.  While I was waiting Debbie copied the attorney's engagement letter from Eric Fisher.  I have been praying about engaging Eric about helping me to get. the assets of A&M Investments divided between James Morris, Wayne Abercormibie's families, and me.  I studied the scriptures while I waited for the children and grandchildren.  When they arrived Debbie and Ljubica had dinner ready and the tables were set inside and on the patio.  Later I took Michael, Autumn, and Gracey to the SLC Airport.  Michael did not get the alignment done on the Land Rover.  I will get it taken care of as soon as I can get an appointment.  Matthew and Melodie helped me with the engagement letter from Eric Fisher.  The children all took showers and Melodie got them ready for bed.  Matthew is working on his software with the programmers and afterward on contracts for new customers and training existing customers.  I waited to have prayer with everyone but it did not happen.  I went upstairs and had prayer with Madeline and Bella and later at about 11 PM  Debbie and I had prayer with Mirko and Ljubica.  I brought the air mattress from downstairs to the top floor and set it up with sheets, a pillow, and a blanket.  When I went to bed he was still working.  Debbie and I planned to get up at 3:00 AM and make some breakfast for them.  Matthew said it was not a good idea because the girls would be sleeping and he cannot eat and drive and stay awake.  Debbie and I had prayer together before going to bed.

 20 Aug 2023, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task Ryan and Stephanie Hobbs' 20th Wedding Anniversary I got up and had my personal prayer.  When Debbie got up we had prayer together.  I showered, shaved, and started to make reservations to go tomorrow evening to see a Shakespeare Festival play, TIMON OF ATHENS, at the Eileen and Allen Anes Studio Theatre at the college in Cedar City.  Jody Jenkins, my mission president's daughter, was in charge of the Shakespeare Festival at the college before she retired.  I knew it was Sunday and something I should wait until tomorrow to do, so I did not complete the purchase.  I will check and see if I can get tickets tomorrow.  Debbie and Ljubica fixed breakfast and afterward, Bojana cleaned the kitchen.  We followed our neighbors to church this morning.  *Note: In the sacrament meeting, the text in one of the songs, Upon the Cross of Calvery, "death unlocks the passageway into eternity".  The text is...

 17 Feb 2023, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task Call Elbert Angel about Ora's land deed in Haralson County, GA abt 60 acres 4:00 PM - Appointment with Sam at Wells Fargo Bank to get Debbie on our estimated tax account *Note:  The story of young John Taylor, a convert to the church, was in NY City preparing for a mission to England in 1837.  He had been telling people he had all the money he needs; he is all set.  Parley P. Pratt was also in NY City on a different kind of mission, a publication mission, to get the word out here in NY.  He hears stories that John Taylor has money and I need all the help I can get, with printing cost,  paper, ink, and, to pay a typesetter, so he goes to John Taylor and asks him, “Do you have any money?”  Elder Taylor says, “Yes, I have plenty of money.”  Elder Pratt says, “Ah, good, can I have $2 or $3 hundred dollars to pursue the work I am called to do?”   Brother Taylor gets a big smile on his face and...
