6:00 AM - Debbie goes with Marissa, Alex Gourley's friend for her endowments at Mt. Timpanogos Temple for the first time before she leaves on her mission

call Raul, plumber, pilot on the hot water heater will not lite ( he will come this morning)

6 PM - dinner at Sundance

8 PM - Sound of Music performance at Sundance

Debbie was up early and went to Mt. Timpanogos Temple with Marissa.  I slept in until I got 8 hours of sleep and completed my sleep apnea test.  I had prayer and studied scriptures in Romans listening to Jared Halverson part 2 of Romans 2:4 by the Apostle Paul.  *Note:..those who know their weakness and liability to sin, would be in constant doubt of salvation, if it were not for the idea which they have of the excellency of the character of God, that he is slow to anger and long-suffering, and of a forgiving disposition, and does forgive iniquity, transgression, and sin.   An idea of these facts drives away doubt, and makes faith exceedingly strong.”  Joseph Smith, Lectures on Faith 3:20                         This is excellent doctrine and a building block to John 17:3 - "And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God,..."  I love the scriptures and enjoy studying them. Another thought: If people don't believe in God and the whole world votes against gravity, it does not change things, the hats they throw in the air are still going to fall back on them.  So what if people leave the Church; does that prove the Church false?  God is not going to cease to exist if we cannot vote him out of existence.  Truth is not established by popular opinion. Romans 3:3                      Joseph Smith was asked, “Will everybody be dammed but Mormons?” Answer “Yes and a great portion of them, unless they repent and work righteousness.” Question 3 in Questions and Answers, May 8, 1838.  James 2:10   For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.    

 Miko came up this morning and told me they do not have hot water downstairs; the hot water heater was not working.  I went down and lit the pilot light that was off.  It went out immediately and would not come back on I called Raul, the plumber we have used who put the hot water in, in Aug 2021 when he was working for a plumbing company before he went out on his own.  The pilot light has been going out since August 2022.  We have had to relight the pilot light more and more often since then.  Debbie got home at about 9:30 AM and cooked breakfast.  We are having dinner at the music festival this evening and tomorrow is Fast Sunday and we will be eating at about 4 PM.  I called Apple customer service and updated my Visa Capital One charge card information for monthly service and got my Apple watch paired with my iPhone.  Raul came out and lit the hot water heater.  It is 11 years old.  He came out in 2021, 2022, and then today.  He will come back Monday and install a new hot water heater.  His son Jack who is in the 11th grade at a military high school near here, and his wife, Janet, who is working to get her master's degree in public health and computers.  I took Mirko to the shoe shop to get his backpack stitched but it was closed.  We rode out to the Sleep Acaha clinic and dropped off the kit they gave me yesterday in their drop-off box.  Ljubica and Bojana went with Debbie to pick Shirley Hobbs up and took her to get a pedicure and give her the groceries she left in the Subaru from their shopping trip the other day.  We all got ready and the 5 of us drove up to Sundance for a BBQ and watch the musical "The Sound of Music" in a large amphitheater.  It was the first time I had been to the theater.  Everyone enjoyed the dinner and the musical.  It was about midnight before we got home.   We had prayer together, and Debbie worked on getting things ready for dinner tomorrow.  Debbie and I  had prayer before going to bed.

 31 Aug 2023, Thursday Priorit ized Daily Task 5:00 AM PST - Pray, pack, check out of the Nugget Hotel in Reno, fill the Subaru with gas, talk to Matthew and Michael before conference video with Eric Fisher at 2:00 PM MST, approve a proposed purchase of A&M from Janie Morrie Dunman and Nancy Abercrombie, drive to Lehi, wash the car, fill car with gas and buy groceries, check the mail, prayer with Jeliic and Debbie and I had prayer together before going to bed at about 11 PM MST.  I copied the proposal and filed it in A&M, Eric Fisher, file We were up early, had prayer, showered, and packed before going down to breakfast at 6 AM.  I checked us out of the hotel and drove to Wendover, UT stopping twice for gas.  I talked to Matthew and Michael before our conference video meeting about the proposal to Jimmy and his mother Janie Morris Dunman and Nancy Abercrombie to purchase A&M Investments.  After the meeting I gave Eric Fisher, Attorney, to procee...

 15 Dec 2023, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task  9:45 a.m. James Macdonald Revere Health Dermatology at Revere Health Dermatology.  I was up early, had prayer, showered, and shaved.  Debbie got up and worked on our quotes and thoughts from my 2023 notes in my journal.  We had prayer together before I drove to Provo to see Dr. Macdonald,  Dermatologist.   His office in Provo is very modern and nice in the medical center near the hospital.  He froze and scraped places on my face.  He also gave me a prescription for a new and maybe more effective skin pre-cancer places.  I drove to Costco and filled the Outback with gas.  i went over the the Legacy Center for an hour.  I used the weights for about 20 minutes, the stair stepper for about 20 minutes, and then walked and jogged for about another 20 minutes before coming home.  Debbie is working on Christmas and birthdays.  She went over to Laura's and I worked on App...

 29 Dec 2023, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task  Debbie and I had prayer together; I went to the grocery store and picked up food for the rest of the week and New Years.  Debbie and I cleaned and vacuumed the house.  We worked on the collection of notes, thoughts, and quotes for 2023 to be printed.  At 5:30 p.m. Debbie met George, Laura, and their family at Thanksgiving point to see the Luminary.  We had prayer and went to bed.  I've spent almost a week trying to get a set of brown wiring Permanent Outdoor Lights from Govee.  I talked to customer service and was told to send an email.  I sent 3 emails and they will not respond.  I will get some outdoor brown spray paint for plastic and some blue masking tape.  I will tape the lights and spray-paint the wiring.  When Debbie got home we had prayer and I went to bed.  Later before midnight Ryan, Stephanie, and the children came and spent the night.
