Attach the basket to Debbie's electric and put the bike in the carry bracket on the back of the Subaru Outback

We slept in, had prayer, and I had a nice text from Elain, my little sister.  She is struggling; I wish I could do more to help her, maybe someday I can.  I have not been as patient with her as I should have as she has aged.  She is really a good and wonderful person and I love her.  Lora Gourley and Stephanie Hobbs came this morning and Debbie went with them walking with Laura's dog, Bruter.  I took a bag of pears from our pear trees to the Smiths, Raeys, and Harmons.  These were the first pears from the trees.  Glen and Roger both have cancer.  Debbie went to a bike store in SLC and purchased a bar for Karlene so she can put her bike on the bike carry bracket on the Subaru.  I went to the Legacy Center to do some upper body exercises and walk on the track.  I climbed the stair stepper for 35 minutes, 52 steps a minute, 107 floors, and got my heart rate up to 176 BPM.  (I took two one-minute breaks today while climbing the stair-steppe; I did not take any on August 10th) . I came home, showered, shaved, and ate brunch.  When Debbie got home we took the Outback to Costco to have 4 new tires mounted.   I drove the Outback and took Debbie to meet the girls for lunch.  the blue jeans I ordered from Costco came today.   I attached the front basket on Debbie's electric bike with the front light.  I put in the bike rack on the back of the Subaru.  It is ready for Karlene's bike tomorrow.  Debbie fixes chicken salad for dinner and she and Jody went shopping at IKA.   Karlean, Debbie's sister arrive at about 10 p.m.   She and Debbie were having trouble getting both electric bikes, Debbie's and Karlene's that she brought in her pickup truck.  I helped them get them on and secured.   I backed the car into the garage so Debbie could charge her bike and Debbie can drive the car straight out of the garage.  Debbie and I had prayer before going to bed.
