Prioritized Daily Task

7:30 a.m. - Debbie and Karlene to St. George and Page, Lees Ferry Crossing on CO until Sunday, Sep 24thn  (Saturday or Sunday a memorial service for Mary Kay.  Danny planned it but her sister, Anetia, is in charge.  They plan to spread Mary Kay's ashes on the CO. River at Lee's Ferry, near Page, AZ.)

Note: Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte is often credited with having first used the expression of an "iron fist in a velvet glove" to signify that firmness can be couched with outward gentleness.  I am afraid this philosophy is being used on people today by many leaders of the world.  I do not like people trying to deceive others.  

Jody was up early and left; Debbie, Karlene, and I had prayer together before they left.  I brought the Land Rover in the garage with the garage door remote control.  I sent Kristi Jensen, tour agent, an email about our cruise and tour of Ireland in June and July 2024. I studied scriptures and ate brunch.  Later I went to the Legacy Center.  I tried to call Avery, my g- niece. There was no answer; I left her a message.  I went to the Legacy Center, walked on the stair-stepper, and stretched.  In 40 minutes I climbed 115 flights of stairs, averaging 52 steps a minute; my heart rate got up to 172 bpm.  I did not start coughing until I went outside indicating there is some polin or something in the air I am allergic to.  I called and talked to Debbie.  She and Karlene had gone through the open house at the St. George Temple.  They can not check into their condo they rented until this evening.  I got home, showered, shaved, and cleaned up.  I ate a lite meal and worked on some mail I had left accoumlate for a week.  I studied scriptures and worked on organizing this year's notes to September to be printed at the end of the year along with my 2023 journal, and I called, talked to Debbie, in Page, AZ, and we had prayer.
