1 Extra At 6:30 AM I heard Autumn cooking crapes for Gracie to have breakfast in bed.  I got up and had my personal prayer.  Gracie was up and ready for school as was Blake when Michael brought a breakfast tray with crapes, fruit, etc with donuts with her 16th birthday candle.  We sang happy birthday to her and took pictures.  Later before leaving with Blake for school, we opened her presents.  Before Michael left to go to the gym I talked to him about coming up with $1,436,666 when Nancy Abercrombie accepts the offer we made to purchase her interest in A&M Investments and give her the 1/3 interest I have in the 40 acres inside Cleveland, White County land.  I will need some time to borrow the money.  Michael said he could come up with $500,000 when they sign the agreement and pay the rest in 90 days with the deed transferring my 1/3 interest in the land is completed.  I studied scriptures; Matthew called and Melodie is getting me a date Madeline will be free from cheer to go on a cruise with the other three 12-year-old grandchildren.  I drove Michael's Lexus that Gracie will be getting next week when she gets her driver's licenses to Matthew and Melodie's.  I planned to be there at 12 noon but there was a wreck on the  I-5 and it took me two hours to make what would normally take about 35 to 40 minutes.  Later we all went to the mall where Din Tai Fung restaurant is located.  Matthew, Melodie, Grandma Vickie Whitson, Madeline, and Bella went to dinner before going to the Les Misérables play.  I kept Ava and made reservations for 8 individuals at the Chinese Restaurant for 6 p.m.  I had to go back and renew the reservations because Michael, Autumn, Gracie, and three of her friends are caught in the traffic on the I-5 as I was earlier.  I bought Ava a coat while we were waiting because as the sun went down it started getting cool.  When Michael and the family arrived we were seated and we had a very good meal.  Ava was tired and at about 9 pm she went to sleep.  Michael carried her back to the car.  I called Matthew and made sure Ava's seat buckle was fastened.  I took her home; Matthew, Melodie, Madeline, and Bella arrived and I drove back up to Michael and Autumn's to watch Blake and Gracie.  Michael and Autumn were leaving for Las Angles.  They are sleeping for a few hours before Michael catches his flight to Spain and Autumn catches her flight to Salt Lake City.  I had prayer and got to bed at about 1 a.m.

 20 Aug 2023, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task Ryan and Stephanie Hobbs' 20th Wedding Anniversary I got up and had my personal prayer.  When Debbie got up we had prayer together.  I showered, shaved, and started to make reservations to go tomorrow evening to see a Shakespeare Festival play, TIMON OF ATHENS, at the Eileen and Allen Anes Studio Theatre at the college in Cedar City.  Jody Jenkins, my mission president's daughter, was in charge of the Shakespeare Festival at the college before she retired.  I knew it was Sunday and something I should wait until tomorrow to do, so I did not complete the purchase.  I will check and see if I can get tickets tomorrow.  Debbie and Ljubica fixed breakfast and afterward, Bojana cleaned the kitchen.  We followed our neighbors to church this morning.  *Note: In the sacrament meeting, the text in one of the songs, Upon the Cross of Calvery, "death unlocks the passageway into eternity".  The text is...

 17 Feb 2023, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task Call Elbert Angel about Ora's land deed in Haralson County, GA abt 60 acres 4:00 PM - Appointment with Sam at Wells Fargo Bank to get Debbie on our estimated tax account *Note:  The story of young John Taylor, a convert to the church, was in NY City preparing for a mission to England in 1837.  He had been telling people he had all the money he needs; he is all set.  Parley P. Pratt was also in NY City on a different kind of mission, a publication mission, to get the word out here in NY.  He hears stories that John Taylor has money and I need all the help I can get, with printing cost,  paper, ink, and, to pay a typesetter, so he goes to John Taylor and asks him, “Do you have any money?”  Elder Taylor says, “Yes, I have plenty of money.”  Elder Pratt says, “Ah, good, can I have $2 or $3 hundred dollars to pursue the work I am called to do?”   Brother Taylor gets a big smile on his face and...
