Matthew worked all night and was up this morning when I got up at 6 AM.  I had prayer.  Melodie got the girls up and took them to school.  I had prayer and got ready.  I went with Matthew to get Michael's motorhome in Oceanside.  We could not find Mission Park, R.V. Park.  Michael sent Matthew the address with a GPS drop-pin on his cell phone.  Matthew brought two CAT jumper boxes to jump-start the Winnebago.  The neighbor, John, who was checking on his motor home gave us a hand but could not get it to crank.  Michael drove down from San Clemente and stayed until dark but the cells in the battery are dead.  The two large 12-volt batteries have run down and been jump-started so many times they will no longer take a charge.  Matthew and I rode back to the house.  We picked up Madeline, Bella, and Ava.  We loaded the tent, camping equipment, two bikes, and food.  We were in Friday afternoon rush-hour traffic.  I drove part of the way and let Matthew sleep.  We arrived at Skinner Park, 3701 Warren Rd., Temecula, CA. a little before dark.  Michael called and told us he would be getting new batteries and probably tires for the motorhome.  The fathers at the park were very nice and friendly.  I helped one of them set up his tent and another helped Matthew and me set up the hotel ten Matthew brought.  It is a large tent 6 1/2 feet high with a partition for the bunk bed where two of the girls, Bella and Ava, sleep.  This is a Y.M.C.A.-organized event for daddies and daughters.  From my understanding, it is a nationwide program.  They hold a campout every month.  It is well-planned and has been going on for two or three generations.  This is the second one Matthew and the girls have attended.  The other was on the Marine Base at Camp Pendleton at the beach.  After dinner which each group of dads cooked for their daughters, I found an area away from everyone and tried to call Debbie, but there was not enough of a cell signal to make the call.  I had my personal prayer and showered before going to bed.  Madeline played her clarinet homework music that she had to record and send to her teacher before midnight which was just outside our tent, where she had a cell signal for her iPhone.
