Brett and Rae Lynn catch a flight to Nashville

Brett and Rae Lynn were up early and drove to the Fresno Airport and caught their flight to Nashville, Tennessee.   The nursing home company Brett works for is having a conference for all their administrators and their wives were invited.  I was up at 6:30 a.m. and had my personal prayer.  I woke Ethan and Luke.  I woke Owen about 7 a.m. and Brody about 7:30 a.m.  Brody woke Westin.  The boys got their own breakfast before leaving for school. I took Owen and Brody to Dry Creek Elementary School.  Ethan and Luke skipped seminary and went to school a little after 8 a.m.  Debbie went to the temple early this morning.  A friend, Heather, of the family who has a child in kindergarten picked Westin up at 10:10 a.m. and took him to school.  I tried to get in touch with Michael and Matthew.  I have not received anything from them to reply to Eric Fisher, Attorney in Atlanta, about A&M Investments.  I read some this morning.  Matthew called me back.  I sent Kristi Jensen, Expedia Travel Agent, Debbie's, and my flight information to Europe in June next year. I read and talked to both Matthew and Michael about getting an email sent to Eric Fisher regarding A&M Investments.  Westin and Brody came home around 1:30 p.m.  Owen got home before Ethan and Luke.  Dee picked Brody up for soccer practice with her son at 4:30 p.m.  The body did their homework.  Brody and I played educational games with Westin.  Brody read a small book to him.  I cooked dinner for the boys.  Owen had a friend over.  Ethan and Luke with to their basketball and volleyball practice.  I had prayer with Owen, Body, and Westin before they went to bed.  I had my personal prayer and stayed up until Ethan and Luke got home.

15 Jul 2023, Saturday Prioritized Daily Task 9:30 AM - walk around the falls and Snake River in Idaho Falls and see Visitor's Center at the Temple Costco Pharmacy and pick up Debbie's medicine for her cough  On the Juel of the Sea, make a deposit with the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line for the British Isle Crusie from June 11 to June 23, 2024. 4:00 PM - Pocatello Temple Appointment (Proxy Sealing) with Debbie's aunt, Anita Schrade  6:00 PM - Dinner at Texas Road House Debbie and I had prayer, got dressed, and took Mirko and Ljubica to Idaho Falls.  We walked around the waterfall on both sides of the river and visited the farmer's market.  We all got Acai Bowls with fruit, nuts, and seeds for breakfast.  I took pictures of the island in the middle of the Snake River.  At one time it belonged to the Keefer Family and was named for Fred W. Keffer.  He built a 14 X 22-foot one-room cabin on the Island.  His family was from Pennsville Pa. and settled in...

 20 Aug 2023, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task Ryan and Stephanie Hobbs' 20th Wedding Anniversary I got up and had my personal prayer.  When Debbie got up we had prayer together.  I showered, shaved, and started to make reservations to go tomorrow evening to see a Shakespeare Festival play, TIMON OF ATHENS, at the Eileen and Allen Anes Studio Theatre at the college in Cedar City.  Jody Jenkins, my mission president's daughter, was in charge of the Shakespeare Festival at the college before she retired.  I knew it was Sunday and something I should wait until tomorrow to do, so I did not complete the purchase.  I will check and see if I can get tickets tomorrow.  Debbie and Ljubica fixed breakfast and afterward, Bojana cleaned the kitchen.  We followed our neighbors to church this morning.  *Note: In the sacrament meeting, the text in one of the songs, Upon the Cross of Calvery, "death unlocks the passageway into eternity".  The text is...

 17 Feb 2023, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task Call Elbert Angel about Ora's land deed in Haralson County, GA abt 60 acres 4:00 PM - Appointment with Sam at Wells Fargo Bank to get Debbie on our estimated tax account *Note:  The story of young John Taylor, a convert to the church, was in NY City preparing for a mission to England in 1837.  He had been telling people he had all the money he needs; he is all set.  Parley P. Pratt was also in NY City on a different kind of mission, a publication mission, to get the word out here in NY.  He hears stories that John Taylor has money and I need all the help I can get, with printing cost,  paper, ink, and, to pay a typesetter, so he goes to John Taylor and asks him, “Do you have any money?”  Elder Taylor says, “Yes, I have plenty of money.”  Elder Pratt says, “Ah, good, can I have $2 or $3 hundred dollars to pursue the work I am called to do?”   Brother Taylor gets a big smile on his face and...
