Prioritized Daily Task
I had my personal prayer at about 7 a.m. I called Debbie and we had prayer together. Later Andrew got up and I took the dog, Charlie, for a walk. I called and talked to Matthew. Beth called this morning to check on the children. I told her Tucker and Maggie are still sleeping. I read and watched cartoons with Andrew. After lunch, I took Maggie to a friend and gave her some money if she went with her friend somewhere. At 1;30 p.m. Andrew and I took Tucker to San Clemente High School gym to meet his football team and coach. They are going up to Las Angles to play the number 2 high school football team in the nation. When we dropped Tucker off we drove to Costco to pick up a few items and stopped at Munchie's on the way home. I got Andrew a treat. I took a picture and sent it to Beth. I read and watched the movie, King David, starring Richard Gere. I went and picked Maggie up around 9:30 p.m. at her friend's. The friend's mother took them shopping all afternoon. At 10:00 p.m. I took Drew's iPad and Maggie's iPhone a little later. Debbie called and we had prayer together. I picked Tucker up at the San Clemente High School gym at 11:15 p.m. I copied a new report of the football game: Bellflower and San Clemente game: San Clemente Tritons football came out swinging, giving top-seeded St. John Bosco Braves all it could handle on its own field, but the champs don’t go down so easily. The Tritons jumped out to a 10-0 lead in the second quarter at St. John Bosco, but the national No. 3 Braves found their form with a 14-10 lead at halftime and pulled away for a 35-10 win in the CIF-SS Division 1 quarterfinals on Friday, Nov. 10. “There’s no doubt,” San Clemente coach Jaime Ortiz said of his team making the most of its Division 1 opportunity. “One of the special things about San Clemente is they don’t care. They’ll go play whoever, whenever. That’s the way they respond. They gave Bosco everything and then some.” “I have respect for the Braves, I’m sure they’ll go far in the playoffs. Our kids went toe-to-toe against one of the top teams in the nation. I think our seniors did a good job of setting that tempo all year long.”
