Prioritized Daily Task 

8:00 a.m. - Take specimen from Sunday morning to lab                              9:30 a.m. - Meeting at Stonebriar.  

I was up at 7:15 am. I had my personal prayer, and got dressed and ready to to the the Lab at Family Practice.  Debbie woke and checked on me to see why I was up.  She went back to bed and I took the specimen I collected Sunday morning to the Lab at 8 a.m. when the lab opened.  I came home; Karlene went to check on Joe L. at St. Mark Hospital.  I found a. note written by someone familiar with Croatian and Bosnian probably on 12 Oct 2021, Tuesday when Debbie and I were visiting Mirko and Ljubica.  Dr. Sam Osmanagich has developed the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids theory.  I bought a round stone to help heal my left hand I broke, but I don't think it has any medical or magnetic qualities.  It was very interesting and I enjoyed visiting.  I went with Debbie and we met with Gary Preisser at Stonebriar Financial here in Lehi.  He revied over Debbie's financials from the inheritance she received from her mother.  When we got back home we had prayer together.  I studied some in the Book of Revelation by John.  Rae Lynn called and wanted to know what we wanted for Christmas.  I told her, nothing that money can buy.  The thing I like most is spending time with the boys, Ethan, Luke, Owen, Brody, Westin, and ( her and Brett).  The next best thing is a card expressing their love and feelings toward us.  I did not know who C.S. Lewis was in the 80s when I heard him quoted by some of the brothers in General Conference.  It was after the series of movies came out in the early 2000s that I gained an appreciation of the man.  When I was in Belfast, Ireland I attended church on the same street he had lived.  I mentioned him in my notes on Friday, 28 Apr 2023.  I watched Clive Staple Lewis, C.S. Lewis' Life Story on YouTube TV:             https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZIeMbfbzSec.  I used our new ice cream freezer to make some pistachio ice cream for desert after dinner.  Debbie and I had prayer before going to bed.

15 Jul 2023, Saturday Prioritized Daily Task 9:30 AM - walk around the falls and Snake River in Idaho Falls and see Visitor's Center at the Temple Costco Pharmacy and pick up Debbie's medicine for her cough  On the Juel of the Sea, make a deposit with the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line for the British Isle Crusie from June 11 to June 23, 2024. 4:00 PM - Pocatello Temple Appointment (Proxy Sealing) with Debbie's aunt, Anita Schrade  6:00 PM - Dinner at Texas Road House Debbie and I had prayer, got dressed, and took Mirko and Ljubica to Idaho Falls.  We walked around the waterfall on both sides of the river and visited the farmer's market.  We all got Acai Bowls with fruit, nuts, and seeds for breakfast.  I took pictures of the island in the middle of the Snake River.  At one time it belonged to the Keefer Family and was named for Fred W. Keffer.  He built a 14 X 22-foot one-room cabin on the Island.  His family was from Pennsville Pa. and settled in...

 20 Aug 2023, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task Ryan and Stephanie Hobbs' 20th Wedding Anniversary I got up and had my personal prayer.  When Debbie got up we had prayer together.  I showered, shaved, and started to make reservations to go tomorrow evening to see a Shakespeare Festival play, TIMON OF ATHENS, at the Eileen and Allen Anes Studio Theatre at the college in Cedar City.  Jody Jenkins, my mission president's daughter, was in charge of the Shakespeare Festival at the college before she retired.  I knew it was Sunday and something I should wait until tomorrow to do, so I did not complete the purchase.  I will check and see if I can get tickets tomorrow.  Debbie and Ljubica fixed breakfast and afterward, Bojana cleaned the kitchen.  We followed our neighbors to church this morning.  *Note: In the sacrament meeting, the text in one of the songs, Upon the Cross of Calvery, "death unlocks the passageway into eternity".  The text is...

 17 Feb 2023, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task Call Elbert Angel about Ora's land deed in Haralson County, GA abt 60 acres 4:00 PM - Appointment with Sam at Wells Fargo Bank to get Debbie on our estimated tax account *Note:  The story of young John Taylor, a convert to the church, was in NY City preparing for a mission to England in 1837.  He had been telling people he had all the money he needs; he is all set.  Parley P. Pratt was also in NY City on a different kind of mission, a publication mission, to get the word out here in NY.  He hears stories that John Taylor has money and I need all the help I can get, with printing cost,  paper, ink, and, to pay a typesetter, so he goes to John Taylor and asks him, “Do you have any money?”  Elder Taylor says, “Yes, I have plenty of money.”  Elder Pratt says, “Ah, good, can I have $2 or $3 hundred dollars to pursue the work I am called to do?”   Brother Taylor gets a big smile on his face and...
