Debbie was up early, we had prayer, and got ready for the day. I went to the temple and Debbie went to be with her sister, Karlene, while her husband, Joe L., has surgery. That did not happen because his doctor put him on medication that reacted negatively with his kidneys. He has to wait to get the medication out of his body or surgery will kill him (Joe L.). I did some initiatory work from 10:38 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. Then went on the 12 noon endowment session. I went on a sealing session and got half of the names I had ready done. I went on another sealing session and compiled all the names I had for sealings. I stopped at the grocery store on the way home. Debbie took Clara to lunch. Later she got home and Karlene came over after Joe L. went to sleep. We all visited and when she went to bed. Debbie and I had prayer.

The change was not necessarily good for the people. WWI claimed the lives of over 20 million. The fall of the Hapsburg and Hohenzollern Monarchs gave rise to the Nazis who killed 16 million people. The fall of the Romonazon Monarch gave rise to the Communists who killed about 60 million people.
