Steps to Make Guanabana Ice Cream

1. Gather the ingredients.

2. Add heavy cream to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Alternatively, use a hand mixer.

3. Beat heavy cream on medium speed until stiff peaks form. This can take about 3 minutes in the stand mixer, or 7 to 10 minutes with a hand mixer.

4. Add the sweetened condensed milk to a large bowl. Fold in the whipped cream.

5. Add lime juice, vanilla, salt, and soursop pulp. Fold together until well blended. Do not over mix.

6. Pour into a flat, freezer-safe container. Cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least six hours, preferably overnight before serving.

Debbie and I had prayer.  Debbie went shopping and I met her at Lehi High School to watch Abbie and her basketball team from Logan play West Lake.  Logan won the game soundly.  Afterward, I went to the Legacy Center to exercise some.  Debbie went to sit with Karlene while Joe L. is undergoing surgery.  The doctors got his potassium lower so surgery was possible.  They had to take out more of his intestine to get all the cancer.  When they finished and tested, there was no leakage.  I studied about the life of Robert Oppenheimer, head. of the Matthanan Project at Los Alamos, New Mexico and the development of the atomic bomb.  Debbie got home before Karlene who is staying at the hospital until Joe L. goes to sleep.  I finished planning our trip with the 12-year-old grandchildren in May 2024.  I got a hotel for May 4th and shuttle rides from the airport to the pier in Cape Canervial and back on May 12th.  Debbie and I had prayer before going to bed.  I studied some in the Book of Revelation in the New Testament.
