 11 Apr 2023, Tuesday Priorit ized Daily Task 12:00 Noon Provo City Center Temple with Alexandra "Alex" 2:30 PM - Alex invited us to lunch Lawn Doctor scheduled for maintenance on the lawn Debbie and I had prayer, showered, and got ready to got the Provo City Center Temple.  Alexandra, "Alex", texted asking if I would give her a blessing.  We set an appointment to Zoom with the Jelicics on Monday the 17th.  Debbie and I composed an email to respond to  Esefani Pech Cu at Palace Resorts.  Debbie and I attended the Provo City Center Temple for family members who have passed on.  Alex was supposed to meet us at 11:30 AM but did not make it.  After the session, we received a text giving us directions to her apartment at BYU.  She had prepared a nice lunch for us with no meat, cheese, or things. we are not eating.  We had soup, salad, and for dessert,  fruit, and banana bread.   She asked me to give her a priesthood blessi...

 9 Apr 2023, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Task 12 Noon - Easter Sacrament at Lehi 7th Ward 5:30 PM - Easter dinner at George and Laura's I was up early, had my personal prayer, and at 5:38 AM I texted Michael.  I asked him what time he expected to be here.  He replied at 6:20 AM.  Debbie had left the lights on the outside on when she went to bed last night.  I read scriptures and read some in my journal.  I got a text from Michale at 6:20 AM.  I went outside at 6:24 AM.  The Land Rover was at the edge of the drive with the keys inside.  I called Michael and he was on his way to the airport.  He got a ride with Uber.  He said he did not want to bother me by havingd me take him to the airport.  He wished me a happy Easter.  I went back to bed; Debbie was still in bed.  Later when we got up, we had prayer together, showered, and got ready for church at 12 Noon.  I called and wished Beth a happy Easter.  I als...

 8 Apr 2023, Saturday Priorit ized Daily Task Debbie and I had prayer, read scriptures, and opened an email I got from Jimmy Morris this morning.  He is doubling the money he is sending to me but not dividing all the funds held in A&M.  He is not copying Michael and Matthew on what he is sending.  His mother, Jannie, also left them off as well as Rick and his mother, Nancy Abercrombie.  I spent much of the day reading the Operating Agreement of A&M Investmens LLC.  I went through the entries in my 2015 Daily Journal from Jan. 1st through Dec. 31st looking for where I might have signed the Operating Agreement which has my signature.   There were many entries when I had signed and some notarized but none for A&M Investments.  In the afternoon I went the Legacy Center.  I used the step climber for 44 minutes and climbed 100 flights of stairs, then exercised doing chin-ups, push-ups, churls, etc. I walked and cooled down....

7 Apr 2023, Friday Priorit ized Daily Task 8:00 AM - appointment for Endowment Session at Idaho Falls Temple Debbie and I were up early this morning, had prayer, showered and I shaved.  I had a text from Michael at about 4:30 AM.  The propane tank is empty.  There is no heat or hot water in the cabin.  Later in the day, Michael got in contact with the propane gas company and they are coming out today to fill the tank.  Debbie, Karlene, and I met Reed and Laura at the Idaho Falls Temple at 7:30 AM.  We went on the 8:00 AM endowment session and took family names.  After the session, Debbie, Karlene, and Reed went to see Gerald Searle, accountant, about getting everything needed to complete a K-1 and file 2022 taxes.   When Debbie got home she told me there are five K-1s Gerald is doing she will have to file.  She and Karlene are going to the bank to open more accounts and/or combine others.  I got an email from Janie Morris Dunma...

 6 Apr 2023, Thursday Priorit ized Daily Task Ava Reese McAlpin's 8th Birthday 1 PM - Cooper Traveller graduating from BYU Idaho in Rexburg  Debbie and I were up at or before 6 AM.  Had prayer and got ready to drive up to Rexburg, ID for Cooper's graduation from college.  We sent Ava a happy birthday text, loaded our luggage and things Debbie wanted to take to Jody such as the wreath she ordered, and arrived here about 11:30 PM.  We stopped in Shelly at Joe L's and Karlene's.  We unloaded the food and clothes we had brought up.   We drove up to Rexburg, ID.  I talked to Matthew and Ora.  *Note: Debbie and I saved seats in the I-auditorium for the rest of the family who are coming to Cooper's graduation.  We counted and Debbie said 8 seats will be enough.  Something told me to save 10 seats which I did.  4 Apr 2023, Tuesday Priorit ized Daily Task Debbie and I had prayer this morning.  It snowed 4 or 5 inches last night.  The snow is wet and heavy.  I used both the snowblower and snow shovel to get the snow of the drive, walkway, and steps to the house.  We rode over to George and Laura's.  Debbie took Bruder, the dog, for a walk and I shoveled snow off the drive nearest the house.   It was hard shoveling snow off our drive; because of the slope, I was sliding on the ice.  I decided it was not worth the risk of falling.  Debbie and I ate breakfast, oatmeal, and almond milk.  When we got home Debbie did some ironing.  I read some in the scriptures.  I called and talked to Michael and Matthew.  Michael and his family were skiing.  Matthew was working.  He wanted the phone number of Turo Car Rental, 415-965-4525.  He could not get through; his number has also been blocked.  Later he reserved us ...

 3 Apr 2023, Monday Priorit ized Daily Task Get Michael to finish the Blu Rae connections in the TV Room downstairs Open document from Bojana Computer and TV to connect to screen monitoring Debbie was up early and went to her aerobic class.  I slept in and when she got home we had prayer together.  I sent Jimmy Morris and email asking him about why he did not send all the money we received as rental income for April.  The note on the Floyd nursing home is paid but the fund that had been going to the bank was held by Jimmy and not divided and mailed to his mother, Janie, Nancy Abercrombie, and me.  He did not want to do this.  We got the appraisal back on the nursing homes, Floyd and Gateway.  The appraisals came back, 6 million for Flory and 2.5 million for Gateway.  Jimmy emailed all the parties, his mother Janie, Nancy Abercrombie, Rick Abercrombie, Holly, and Shannon (daughter and niece to Wayne and Nancy), except Michael and Matthew....

 1 Apr 2023, Saturday Priorit ized Daily Task General Conference Broadcast Debbie and I had prayer, showered, shaved, and got dressed.  We took food and went over to George and Laura Gourley's to watch their dog, Brody.  We stopped at Wells Fargo and deposited the rental check I received from A&M Investments for April.  When we got to the Gourleys, Tyler and Sam Gourley Traveller were there.  Debbie and I visited with them before they left and ate brunch.  We watched the first session of 193rd General Conference.  President Dallen H. Oaks conducted.  Debbie and I listened and took notes on things that we need to remember and work on.  We want to always remember the Savior and emulate His teaching and examples in our homes and lives every day.  I want to be conscientious in ministering to Jane and Mark Haws.  The greatest work on this earth is the gathering of Isreal.  Elder Allen D.  31 Mar 2023,  Friday Priorit ized Daily Task Max Hobbs' 9th Birthday Daniel Kelly's 21st Birthday Call Jordan Radman, mobile 801-455-7145, or WF Engineering, 801-972-3244 about Jelicics visiting when they are here Debbie was up early and went to the Legacy Center for her aerobic workout class.  When she got home we had prayer.  Matthew and Bella did not leave until about 8 AM.  Dustin (409-617-4403), Independent Appraiser contracted with Liberty Mutual Adjustor at Beaumont, TX, came this morning and is doing an appraisal of the cost of repairing the damage from the water from the overflowed commode.  Tyler Traveller came and brought 3 Kohler commodes, 3 wax rings, and 3 flexible water lines.  Later Tyler had a couple of plumbers come and install the 3 commodes.  I went to Best Buy and took back a part Matthew bought.  We already had an extra one.  I went to Costco and bought a couple of chargers for the theater room downstairs....
